A mother never willingly choose abortion. Abortion is a very big step which mother take when she have no other choice available. There are many reasons for abortion. But in ancient time the foremost reason for a abortion is female foetus. The elder member of the family does not want a girl child so they a abort the baby. This is the sick mentality of those people. They don’t even realise that a women has only given birth to them and now they are opposing the birth of a girl child. If their grandparents abort there mother, then maybe they I do not have any Existence at present . But funding aware but by ignoring the fact took this criminal step .
As the time passes the mentality of people is change and modernization is being accepted . Yes we cannot ignore the fact that still there are many people who about the girl child but the percentage is lower down comparison of the past. Now girl child it is not only reason for the abortion. Many time the couple face unplanned pregnancy even after using contraceptive method so they decide to abort the child . Now the health issues in women are increasing day by day. Many women was suffering from HIV, brain clot , blood cancer and many other dangerous disease try to avoid pregnancy . And if in case she get pregnant the doctor advice her to abort the baby since it can be harmful for the baby and can lead to uncomfortable life for baby in future . Many parents are not financially prepared for the child. Which is considered as 40% reason for the abortion. And in many cases (31%) the reason for abortion is dispute between parents which can hamper the life of child so abortion is considered is the best step.
So these are the few and foremost reason where women abort her child either be it a girl or boy . The scenario is same but the percentage is lower down and the main cause of abortion is changed and hope one day it will be ended.

This is the truth rate of abortion is increasing every year , along with unplanned pregnancy. According to the survey 61% unplanned pregnancies ended to abortion. It was estimated that 56 million abortion has taken place globally every year between 2010 to 2014.
This is observed that man try to implement his own decision over women and the family also support him considering that it is the right of man whether he want to keep a baby or not. BUT they all are totally wrong ,it is only and only decision of a woman whether she want to keep the child or not and this is legally implemented. The reason of unplanned pregnancy is – having sex is now a days common in youth and due to lack of knowledge and their silliness many time they avoid the protective major they should take care which lead to unplanned pregnancy . Since a girl get pregnant in very small age family advice her to have abortion as the Boy and his family don’t even accept her and due to the prestige and status in the society did take this step .
Many time couple take the protective measures but still they face pregnancy which is in 100 and 1 case . So they decide to have abortion since they are not ready for the child at that moment. Many women who are suffering from any health issue avoid pregnancy but if in case She get pregnant , she can chooses abortion. As she don’t want to destroy the life of the unborn child. Many times if a woman get pregnant but health issue doesn’t allow her to continue pregnancy like in many case the baby stop growing so the doctor itself advised her to have abortion. Unplanned pregnancy may occur when the couple does not want child or they do not want more child as they are happy with one or two child.
The another reason for unplanned pregnancy and abortion is many couples are not that much financially stable and unaware about the protective measures they should take care during sex to avoid pregnancy . So, they decide to abort their child since they are not able to give the baby a better life and focus on his development .

We all are aware about the discrimination which women came across . But this discrimination is seen in the society, in the school, in the workplace and many other places . But we cannot imagine that girl face discrimination even at her home. Yes still there are many houses were parents and other member of the families discriminate between a girls and boy child.
It’s the tradition of Indian parents to teach their daughter house chores since from the childhood. They assume that this is necessary for their future. many parents scold their daughters for the mistake and if their son made any mistake they don’t even say a word to them. Boys are free to go out later that night but when it comes to a girl she is restricted to go out even after 6 p.m. Many parents doesn’t allow girls child to study more as the believe there are some other’s property so why should they invest huge amount in their studies instead of that they should focus on their son studies since he is the one who is going to take care of them in future and fulfil their all the needs. Girl child is always has to listen the comments like “we never want a daughter” “you are unexpected child” “why should we spend money on you” . Parents never buy expensive gifts for the daughter but boy’s always get what ever they want , their all needs are fulfilled.
A girl want to pursue her career in sports field or in any such field which need some time and use Mani parents always restrict her. Game mentality is a golf pursue her career in sports background this go against her gender since girls are not made play games like Kabaddi, Kho-Kho , cricket and badminton. Even she is forced to learn dance, music . They believe she should have smoothness in her voice, in her work . She should be active in household work and should I learn all the culture and tradition of their country because all These quality e is needed in device which is very essential for a girl to get married. Even in the ancient time girls child kiled after the take birth.
Being girl is not is Sin for us. We are strong enough to take stand for yourself and rise of voice against all this discrimination . Parents should treat both of their child equally because if child never discriminate between their love towards their parents so why should parents do so? This practice may lead to bad effect in the mind of the daughter and develop a feeling of revenge in her mind.

A role model is a person whose behaviour, example, or success is or can be emulated by others, especially by younger people. A female role model does not have to be a celebrity. She is ANY woman you look up to. She is a woman who makes a difference, whether it is in the little things she does in her everyday life or the grand gestures made in the public . Female role models are important for ambitious women. If we can’t look up and see women who have been successful, we are less likely to be successful ourselves. The presence of women in leadership positions and the opportunity to network with them is vital to helping motivate women to advance in their careers. Some of them are:-
1-Dhivya Suryadevara:-Paving the way for women to join the automobile industry on esteemed platforms, 39-year-old Dhivya Suryadevara was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of General Motors .
2- Dipa Karmarkar:- The gymnast has entered the history books and with such grace too! The 24-year-old Olympic medallist who was once fearful of falling, swept the judges away with her amazing Produnova Vault, scoring 15.100 for the same .
3- Gita Gopinath :-Gita Gopinath’s appointment as the Chief Economist of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) makes her the second Indian and the first woman to assume the position. Her excellent skills and vast experience make her an excellent fit for the IMF.
4-Arunima Sinha :- A former national level volleyball player, Arunima was travelling in a train when a gang of goons demanded that she give them her gold chain. She refused, and this changed her life .The thieves pushed her out of the moving train, right when another train was passing. And she lost her legs .Taking inspiration from cricketer Yuvraj Singh, who is a cancer survivor, she decided to climb Mount Everest
5- Anjali Sud :- Anjali was ambitious, spontaneous and determined even as a 14-year-old. She had once applied to a boarding school in Massachusetts on a whim, and only once she started studying there, did she find out how tough the course was. But the lessons of hard work and determination that Anjali learned there would help her start fresh after the rejections from the investment firms.

There are numerous coding courses available online as well as offline. But many of them focuses on the education of boys only as they believe boy’s can do much better in this field and underestimate girls . But they are people who realise the ability of women and now there are numerous coding courses now which are available for girls also some of them are listed below:-
1- Coding Girls:- The aims to be the solution to today’s problem of female under-representation in technology-related jobs. Although studies show that young girls are just as interested as boys are in technology and coding, lack of public resources and visible support causes their interest to decline once they hit their teenage years.
2-Girls Who Code :- It is a non-profit organization that aims to “inspire, educate, and prepare” young women for coding careers and/or general STEM careers. This initiative has partnered with a wealth of leading educators, engineers, and entrepreneurs to equip young girls with the tools, skills, and practical knowledge they need to pursue recognized, high-paying occupations in the technological field. IN 1995, 37% of all registered computer scientists were women. Today, that number has dropped to 24%. Girls Who Code has made it their mission to stop that decline and reverse it.
3-100 Girls of Code:- Dedicated to serving aspiring female software developers, engineers, and designers, 100 Girls of Code connects young girls between the ages of 12 to 18 with STEM professionals, educators, and guest speakers in the hopes of inspiring them to pursue careers in coding, computer science, and computer engineering. They invest in future female leaders and computer scientists by offering them opportunities to explore, experiment, and create codes through free workshops and seminars.
4- Girl Develop It:- Founded in 2010 by Vanessa Hurst and Sara Chips in New York City, Girl Develop It is a non-profit organization that started out as a general response to the low representation of women in tech and computer science careers . This class sold out in 24 hours.
5- Code First Girls:- Girls mainly holds free workshops for girls at college campuses. These classes take place for a few hours a week and last for 4-8 weeks. IN order to apply for a course, you must be between the ages of 18 and 23, a current university student, or have been at university in the last two years. You must also identify as female/non-binary and have a working laptop/desktop

With female empowerment and gender equality being such hot topics today, it’s no surprise that so many people have responded accordingly. So if your daughter, sister, or female friend is even just the slightest bit curious about coding, you can rest assured there are certified resources and communities available to help them out.
“You help them now she will help you lifelong”

We all aware about the fact that , Boundations implemented on women’s only . Women expected to work according to the norms of the society this boundation have its presence in the professional field also .
If a woman is ask about her relationship status during the joining process or the interview process. There are many companies who doesn’t allow a married woman in the company. But is this rule is right ? Why should a woman is always asked about her marital status ? Why don’t company interview asked in men , did her wife will allow to let him work ? Yes this is a expected question in every interview a married woman faces . Once I seen a UPSC interview, and that the senior faculty asking that women will Your family allow you to pursue your career in this field ? I don’t think this is relevant question ? Why should a woman choose her dream according to the Will of the family. It’s her career , it’s her life she has all right to choose her path .
Asking question about marital status , specially from women is very relevant and this is creating discrimination and a sense of inequality among the society and the people of the society. In married women is always asked to wear mangalsutra and apply sindoor and if she is newly wedded she should wear chudha.
Using the honorifics Miss, Ms., or Mrs. used to be a common way to address women in a formal or business setting. Traditionally, people addressed young girls as “Miss.” They also addressed an unmarried woman as “Miss,” but then “Ms.” Became more acceptable . The term “Mrs.” originated to refer specifically to married women, but some women prefer to keep the “Mrs.” in their names even after divorce and particularly if they’re widowed.
All these practices are totally wrong and we should try to avoid all the things. Budgies talking about gender equality and justice is not enough we should take stand for that . And the relevant practices which still exist in the society we should try to you and all this.
