Not true, it is not true that women are better at humanities and men are better at sciences. Although, yes, our society has divided professions for men and women and have stolen their right to choose what they like, i think this divide has created a superstition that women can do better at humanities whereas men could go towards science.
In today’s world, I’ve crossed paths with a lot of boys who have been choosing Humanities and are excelling with their choice of subjects also, I’ve come-by women who’ve been practicing sciences with a keen interest and success. Hence, it would be unfair to label any subject to any gender.
Steve jobs is one example of men who’re successful even after studying humanities. He is the co-founder of world’s leading company, APPLE. A man from a humanities background touching skies lifted the bar of great divide between humanities to women and sciences to men. He proved the world that no subject could come in the way of success.
Kalpana Chawla, we all know her as the first indian woman to go into the space, belonged to a science background where she learned all about science.
There exists a number of exemplary men and women who’ve broken the myth about gender divide between subjects. Subjects have nothing to go with the gender, everyone has their own interests and it would be better if they would learn what they’re actually interested in without being interrupted by the superstitions created by the society.

No, the society we live in runs in a vicious cycle of judgement, people here often make things worse for the people who’ve been suffering rather than helping them out.
The number of teenage pregnancies has increased alot by today, the reason may be rape, or underage sex teenage pregnancies have been increased by the year and our government have no ways to handle that.
First of all almost no one wants to become a mother in her teens, so people should start understanding that it’s not at all her choice to choose the life she have.
Studies say that over 11.8 teenage women across the country were found to be mothers or pregnant by the age of 15-19, the reason of it might be child marriage, rape, or underage sex.
Yes, the country need to end the practice of teenage pregnancy, and i think it would be possible only and only if everyone be it boys or girls would be taught sex education in their teen years, if they’d know the consequences or ill effects of teenage pregnancy and would be well educated about the topic, more half of the problem would come to an end, teenage pregnancy involves a lot of risk, having a child while you itself are living your childhood years is depressing, it also has serious complications to mothers life and also the baby’s life. People need to address the need to end this practice. Also, the society should stop demonizing a woman for what she’s suffering through and need to be protective and supportive enough.

Vocational training is the training refers to the training that prepares learners for jobs based upon practical activities that are basically, non academic and totally related to a specific occupation.
Vocational courses prepare people to enter the working world, it provides people with better working skills and learning a vocational course helps people enhance their greatest interests and learn more skills which eventually help them build a better career.
Women learning vocational courses could really help them in attaining their own career, the skills they’ll learn would help them in building a career on their own. Many of the vocational courses help people in building their own business without having a job.
Since, in today’s era the number of jobs available are a lot less than the number of people seeking them, learning some vocational courses would help people, specially women in starting their career without waiting for a job. Also, vocational studies develop social competence among the people. Moreover, having a vocational skill that helps women motivate, help build self-confidence and self-esteem.

The criteria that leads everyone to decide their career contains a self-ability assessment, interests and your short or long term goals. Gender biasness doesn’t fit into the list, but still gender stereotypes created by the society come into the way when someone strives to choose his/her profession.
Indian society has divided careers and professions into a great gender divide creating discrimination along the society.
A girl and a boy is shortlisted with a few professions he/she could persue. Girls are expected to choose a profession like teacher, makeup artist, psychologist, model, baker, cook etc. Whereas men are expected to pick up a career like software developer, athlete, financial analyst, driver, technician, policeman etc. People do not expect women to pick up a profession they’ve listed up for men and vice versa.
Even after everything, in today’s world women have been breaking these stereotypes and growing forward towards what they actually want to be. We’ve been seeing a lot of women drivers, engineering, coders and also a lot of men cooks, makeup artists, teachers etc. The world is evolving into a better place by trying to create a place equal for all the genders. Breaking the gender stereotypes is leading towards a better society for the future generation.

Not only women but everyone residing in this country should take an individual health insurance plan. It’s the duty of every government of the country to make sure the life of it’s citizens is not compromised at any point. Human life is to be considered an important resource to every country.
Insuring a health plan to every citizen of the country, provides a mere assurance of their healthy life.
Also, women have been considered less than men. so far, women are trying to be independent and create an identity of their own in this very world of discrimination. Insuring a health plan to women would provide a protection to all the women in the country, they would feel assured when it’ll come to their health.
Most women today, try to be more independent and seek to stay away from homes in order to study or work, health insurance policies provided to them would help them achieve what they seek. Nowadays, many companies have introduced special health insurance plans specially for the benefits of women. Women must learn about them and buy the one most suited plan for them.
Health plans are the key to make a woman independent and empowered.

Talking about sex in a country like India is considered to be a taboo, wherein every person in the country should know about the life creating process called “sex”, it’s pros and cons, talking about it is considered to be a shame.
The major cause of unplanned pregnancies is the lack of sex education among the people. Most people among the country do not know about sex and the worst part is that they don’t want to know about it.
Sex education teaches you the usage of contraceptive methods while having sex which could prevent pregnancy, sex education is a must and should be taught to every human being upon this planet.
Moreover, talking about pregnancy, most women in the country do not plan their pregnancy, it is generally forced upon by the society. After marriage, a woman is forced to have a child even if she doesn’t want to have one. Unplanned pregnancy constitute a total of 45% of total pregnancies among the women. It is noted that most of these women do not plan their pregnancies, and get pregnant without their own choice.
Unplanned pregnancies are also considered to be a risky factor for a woman’s maternal health and can also cause perinatal depression in woman, stress, and lower level of psychological well-being and life satisfaction.
    Abortion is a process that is led mostly because of the unplanned pregnancies in women, people tend to abort the child in case of unwanted pregnancy. People who go through are proposed with 3 choices;

Pregnancy is a life giving process only a woman is entitled to. Pregnancy is a choice not a duty a woman has to abide by.
Contraception is one way to avoid pregnancy, using diaphragm while having sex by women and condoms by men is considered one of the best methods of avoiding pregnancy.
Nowadays, oral contraceptive pills are also available in the market which help in preventing pregnancy. These oral contraceptive pills work by stopping the sperm to join with an egg for fertilization, which leads to pregnancy. Oral contraceptives are famous in the countries like australia. The pill basically stops the formation of an egg in a woman’s body.
Intrauterine devices are the devices used by women to prevent pregnancy, it is considered to be a very effective method of preventing pregnancy. It is generally a T-shaped device inserted into the uterus to prevent pregnancy.
Even after getting pregnant a woman has a complete right to abort the baby if she doesn’t want to have one. Having a baby or getting pregnant is a tough task and should not be a hasty decision, getting pregnant and having a baby should be pre-decided and should be decided with a consent of both mother and the father.

One of the very common life processes of a woman’s life includes menstruation or period. Sometimes, periods could be very painful, many women experience unbearable pain during their periods.
Wanting leaves from work during her period cycle should be considered a valid reason and leave entitlement during the periods should be made legal.
Women bleed continuously for 5 days and it often makes her week and tired, working all day long and bleeding continuously with an unbearable pain could be considered unfair if she won’t be provided a day for rest or a leave if she needs.
Many firms allow women a period leave if she needs so, and many other remaining firms should follow the practice of allowing her a leave in her period.
Not all women everytime face the same kind of harsh pain, in their period but there exists some days where the pain, the moodswings and the weekness during the process goes like a lifetaking experience.
Every woman should be allowed for at least 2 period leaves in a month wherein she could take her proper care and take rest while being on her periods.

There used to be an age without technology, no phones, no internet, no laptops and very few means of technologies around the globe. With the evolving world, evolved technology. Starting from the times with no technology, we’ve now grown into species where everyone got a portable means of internet in their hands 24/7. This evolvement of technological world has not only helped us decrease the communication gap but also, has helped a lot of women in empowering their community, to reach each other easily and effectively to share their thoughts and protest against the discrimination faced by them.
Technology has helped women in many terms, be it reducing the communication gap or fighting for their freedom.
Earlier, there used to be a lot of women who used to face violence inside their homes and were not able to voice against it, men used to beat women inside the house and the helpless lady was not even able to reach their family or police for help. With the upgradation of technology, one call to the police or some family member, one can voice against the violence faced by them.
Education is another aspect a women is benefited from the upgradation of technology. Many women who were not having education facilities near their houses, can now reach to whatever they want to study in seconds just with the use of this technology.
Technology has bought many changes in the lives of women, helped a lot of women connect with each other to bring a change they were not able to bring alone, even there exists a lot of NGO’s who help women empower themselves. A few touches can do alot to the society.

Computer programming is a field dominated by men, right?
Well, in terms of sheer numbers that’s true. Data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that 73% of US computer science workers are male coders. Across technology generally, women are underrepresented. But, recent research suggests that women are considered better coders.
“When I first got into it, nobody knew what it was that we were doing. It was like the Wild West. There was no course in it. They didn’t teach it.” —Margaret Hamilton, director of software engineering for the project that wrote the code for the Apollo Guide Computer (AGC).
An American computer scientist, systems engineer, and business owner. She was director of the Software Engineering Division of the MIT Instrumentation Laboratory, which developed on-board flight software for NASA’s Apollo program. She later founded two software companies—Higher Order Software in 1976 and Hamilton Technologies in 1986, both in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Margaret hamilton is the one Computer pioneer who was critical to landing astronauts on the moon for the first time.
Being a woman she was at first, denied to design the software through coding, but she still followed her path and became one inspiration for all the women around the globe.
