I am strongly in favour of proppsal A. Women all around our county are eagerly willing to join the combat roles in order to fight for their nation while people of their country can sleep in peace. If women were allowed just once taking into consideration all the physical, mental and social barriers, everything ought to fall in place. But if a woman is stopped from performing combat roles just because a man is unable to take orders below him, then this behaviour is ridiculous. Whether an order is given by a man or a woman shouldn’t matter when it comes to safety and making the right decision for the nation for at the end a leader is a leader.

I have observed in the above-given statements that people are highly questioning about how women lack the capabilities of being in a combat role, but this occurs simply because they aren’t given that chance they need to prove that women are no less. I mean, I completely understand that women are stated to be different in their roles and that they are meant to be different regarding certain features, but there are some strong Indian women out there who are much more capable than men when it comes to being physically, mentally and emotionally strong. At least the women belonging in these categories should get a chance, right?

There are literally some women here who are ready to work harder to prove themselves to fight for OUR COUNTRY, leaving their homes, family just to be fit for the physical requirements that are required to get into combat. This should actually make us proud that we have women in our country with such a mentality of wanting to be in combat to fight against our country’s enemy, but no, we decide not to give them any chance at all! The law of our country should undergo a change to let women in such roles which would surely benefit the country. I’m not saying every woman should be taken in, but at least the ones who are mentally compatible should be considered for sure. Let’s just accept, with the current war with China, the upcoming war with China almost going to happen, and the war with China, that India is in need for more soldiers and let those be women themselves.

I have seen many people comparing the Indian Army with the US Army, and I must state that one should never do that. Our land is thrice larger than theirs, and the number of armies with them is in large numbers as compared to us. I so wish things were just the opposite right now!

It is totally faulty for a person to say that women have limitations when it comes to physical strength. Many women know that the Indian Army requires physical strength and that why they want to get in and are fighting for equal rights when it comes to combat rules. They are ready to make themselves as fit as men or even more fit, you can say, just to come in front line roles which have domination of physical strength requirements. Women of our country are totally willing to make change and build themselves up to fit in.

I say, why doesn’t the law just give a chance and equal opportunity to women and see. Women should get the opportunity to experience first. Let us sit back just for once and see what the outcome would be. NO ONE has the right to assume things without actually knowing how it would work for women because it is totally unjust for a woman to be pushed away from combat roles.

I strongly agree with the fact that women are underrepresented in political decisions and posts offered, and that there should be some measures taken to tackle this situation of letting more women be presented at the parliament too. Women, not only in India but also all over the world, find themself under-represented in Parliament and are pushed out when it comes to decision making for the society.
Every country has its own characteristics when it comes to playing in the fields of politics, and in every country the one thing common is the lack of participation of women. Women go through many hurdles when they are to be standing at the political line in any country. These obstacles include social, economic and political barriers. More often in many places and countries it is seen that women themselves do not feel the urge to stand up and participate in things relating to political activities. Is this because of the lack of motivation?
Their proportion compared to males is not at all significant in any positions of parliament right from the top level to the bottom. Today India ranks out of 190 nations world-wide when it comes to lowest participation of women. This does make a huge difference. Women can be a great idol when it comes to being superior and making decisions in important matters of the country politically. Isn’t this a universal right? Why are women pushed back so much. Our country has had many female role models like Jayalalithaa (amma) and Indira Gandhi who have led the country really well in the past, and this surely proves that women are no less than men when it comes to taking fight decisions and opinions regarding important topics.
To dispel all these under-representation problems, there must be quotas available for women who want to stand and hold into political grounds. There should be a rise in reservation of seats for women for standing in elections. This would surely bring in motivation for women and boost their self-esteem. Women should be given awareness about education on the subject of politics and role modelling which would encourage them to actually stand and participate in politics. Our country’s Constitution has lapsed the bills multiples tomes which stated reservation of women’s seats by one third through discussions and oppositions. But this bill should surely be bought back.
I feel that India’s Election Committee should take an effort to actually encourage women reservation in political parties by offering them equal number of seats as men without having to face any barriers. This is not an assured but surely a less complex way of moving the growth of the nation forward. Role-models would increase, and this would create more engagement of women in Parliament. India has had some women prime ministers and chief ministers for long terms, and they are the proof that women are equal to men when it comes to bringing about a balance in the country regarding its growth in economical and social aspects.

The subject of humanities which is considered to be a soft subject which initially is stated to achieve the emotional in a woman. Males are closely indulged in science as compared to females Because it’s considered as a subject of discipline. The streams which a male or female may take up can act as a metaphor for the place where women are kept in society right now. Women are said to be people who focus on the person on what he or she can do rather than his or her materiality which makes women to understand life better way and improve the efficiency of living.

Science on the other hand has a universal importance. Even though women also take up science, males still hole the majority as compared to females in this subject. Its would be profane if a person who researches would actually care about how their invention would affect lives on the Earth. It is also inappropriate to think about mundane variables of life such as religion or democracy when one could be making the next nuclear weapon.

According to the recent statistics stated by the UN, women take up only about 28 percentages of the total workforce in subject which are related to science and technology, while on the other hand women are vastly out there contributing in the subjects of science and technology. This is the real reason why gender gaps are initially growing day by day with rise in economy and only men get paid more and more as compared to women.
Giving women that equal right to pursue whatever subject they are interested might surely help in reducing the gender pay gap. This would surely lead to an efficiency in women’s security in economic terms which leads to have enhancement of workers in the scientific field. Science and technology are usually stated as FOR men in the society and this belief must be banished from people’s minds.

Girls have fewer role models to inspire their interest in these fields, seeing limited examples of female scientists and engineers in books, media and popular culture. There are even fewer role models of Black women in math and science teacher makes it hard for girls to have the confidence of such subjects for their career.

Measures should be taken to increase the enhancement in training women for making them gain confidence in streams of science and maths. There should also be an equality in the hiring of candidates in jobs related to the scientific fields. with a growth in women, the nation grows and we as citizens of this country must ensure women of our country to achieve their ambitions and goals.

I would first like to put a statement by saying that parents are a child’s first teacher. As a mother being a parent plays a vital role in shaping a character of a child’s personality. In today’s lives, where both women are also working there are a lot of positive as well as negative impacts on a child. Today there is certainly more money to spend on their child for parents but less engagement with their child. In the initial ages of the child, if a mother earns more and doesn’t want to leave the growth of her job then the father, should help in raising the child while the mother is working, since the responsibility lies between both the mother and father.

Today due to this trend of both the parents father as well as mother going to work has many positive Impacts on the child such as if both parents would work which would obviously bring more income to the family and will be able to contribute more for their child. Children since they would not have their parents around will also will be able to focus on external things and learn how to balance between work life and social life like their mothers do. From childhood itself, they will tend to have a sense of responsibility in them, which would make the child independent in future. The child will know how to value time.

They also have some negative impacts which include psychological effects such as sometimes when both the parents are out at work which includes the mom, it leaves them to hire a nanny or to admit their kids I day care Facilities. This sometimes may reduce quality of attention and values which would have been incorporated more if a mother would personally be able to guide the child in the early ages. As a parent the mother needs to although make sure she spends 1 and half hour of the total 24 hours with her child, otherwise they may tend to turn restless and would have a hard time to manage their mood swings. This may also lead them to get aggressive or stubborn in future. There is also limited bond with parents in the initial stages for the child who may affect him or her mentally.

A mother as a woman can and surely should even work after having a child but not at the cost of her child not getting the qualify of living with personality decrease. I’d a father of the child is able to take a leave for the initial months, then he shoulder. Both the father and mother should make sure they balance their work time mad home time for baby Efficiently in such a way that it doesn’t cause any kind of personality imbalance to the child. This is also important since it helps to know which hobbies the child is keen on and what are his or her subject of intersection.

When you remove the label of gender from a toy, kids that is both boys and girls will have the ability and chance to explore Science technology engineering arts as well as mathematics. We live in the 21st century today and I feel the days should stop where we tell boys to play with truck and guns and girls to play with dolls. There are so many reasons why toys should be made gender neutral.

When toys are made gender neutral both boys are girls do not reinforced any kind of gender stereotypes for toys are toys until we actually classify them as boy toys and girl toys as parents. When we give a specific gender to a toy, a kid tends to internalize that girls play with dolls so basically in future this leads to children think that only moms should take care of the children and do kitchen work and not dads. They can play lead role in order to perpetrating gender focused stereotypes. Through toys sometime a kid knows what his interest lie in. So if we put gender tags on toys, a kid may not explore according to his interest but only through what society pigeon them to do so.

Toys for children are a part of learning process. They help nurture in the development of a kid in his or her early ages. Gender neutral toys help children to understand how things actually work and how wondrous some things can actually be. According to some recent statistics it was found that girls after a certain age are usually associated with the physical appearance and nurture skills, whereas, boys are rated more violent, competitive and sometimes dangerous. This is all because of gender based toys since birch. Toys are supposed to be for rebel of the Children’s physical and in an artistic way and yet they bring in such norms.

Boys tomorrow should not be forced upon to pick a car or a ranger since it’s traditionally made for them and a girl child should feel awkward to hate a princess doll. I do not think there is anything wrong with kids having a multiple interest in the toys which are actually not made for them according to the society. By doing this we are actually stopping the growth of a child. A man at the end should have some nurturing qualities too and a woman can be made able to design a car engine and yes both these interest should be surely fostered regardless of which gender they belong to.

You will find women from all stages of life who got pregnant and then had to get it aborted. You will always have at least one person in your knows who went through an abortion. And if you don’t know, then it probably just because a woman rarely tells out if she went through an abortion. There always has a misunderstanding that women who seek for an abortion are stated as terms like confused or fragile or a person is morally conflicted. This is one of the patronising beliefs todays which should be banished put by people’s minds.

According to a survey this year, there were almost 15.6 million abortions that took place in India. Out of these 15.6 million abortions, 74 percent of them did it thought unsafe abortion and this only because of all the legal stress a woman has to go through for abortion as she got pregnant by mistake or through sexual abuse and to get hidden from the dark eyes of what society would think about her.

In India if women want an abortion during the first trimester, it is compulsory according to the law that she gets the consent of any one medical professional and for doing the same in the second trimester she needs consent of two medical practitioners. Women in India find it too hard to face abortion unlike other countries especially when she is unmarried and gets pregnant. This is because of the social pressure. Sometimes the law also tells to get the permission of her husbands for aborting the child. Isn’t this called suppressing a women right to make decisions for herself?

I totally agree with the point that abortion should he solely a woman’s choice only because she has the right to do so. Most of some women are usually confidential enough to make such strong abortion decisions. As a pragmatic county. We must have belief and the trust in a woman’s decisions about going through ban abortion or not just how we trust them in other aspects of life.

There should be an effort put up by the country to build and being about awareness on educating women and the community on aspects like sexual and reproductive health and their rights towards it and how to access safe abortion with Utmost care. I end up by saying that if a woman chose to abort, it should be a sole decision and she should be able to access this abortion procedure on request at any point within legal limits.

I totally agree the fact that women should be teaching at universities more than a male. A female teacher has the ability to interact and understand a student’s mental, and emotional needs. As a woman they surely do have a better Psychology when it comes to understand teenage children. Women have proven to only good teachers, but also a good councillor. This brings about a sense of security in many children and make them have the urge to step out of their respective comfort zone when they see a female teacher teaching. A woman teacher focus even more on a bringing development to a student’s personality in a holistic way. Women are born with a mind having solace and empathy keeping a balanced mind. Due to these enormous skills, teachers are able to understand and know what a child in college might go through and understand each ones Capability. In this case they are certainly more vigorous compared to male teachers. It becomes easier for a teacher to plan their schedule accordingly when she connects with her student’s. Today in universities it is necessary to have female teaches for providing knowledge about gender equality which would be more effective when a female teacher teaches that a male. Reports suggest that is having a female teacher increases in results of girl Students and keep them motivated to study instead of dropping out. Female teachers are already making up the majority in the world, and hope this contribution never ends. But the education ministry should really think deep when it comes to managing of female teachers in rural areas. Getting more female teachers in rural, or remote areas is challenging but might be desirable to offer job opportunities for women in these areas and giveel female students a chance to have a teacher that looks more like them. I don’t think there is anything wrong in women in lower standards but if she is put in teaching for university level educational to then many children can certainly achieve the advantage of it. Education departments in many areas should make sure there arise no barriers for female teachers wanting to teach in universities out there. Important of having a female teacher benefits and brings about a motivation in girls and as well as boys which allow them to think beyond levels to achieve their goals for future through innovative and a broad-minded thought in them. Irrespective of the percentage of women teachers in the primary education system, we must necessarily value their role as educators. When we succeed in provide women teachers an excellent working condition, they can contribute to the development of girl education and the community as a whole.

As a woman, she has already gone through a lot of pains which includes back pain, vomiting, boils on her face, and the methods of pushing out of the baby through the vagina. They have actually already done, so much for the birth and creations of her beloved child to bring them into this world. They why do they have time actually give up their career and stay home after having a child?
Considering the fact that men can actually do whatever they want, why can’t they take care of the baby for the initial months. I feel all fathers should support or do a part-time for taking the care of the baby unless the mother really want to stay home. Some men can really give up some part of their job, time and alcohol out of their lives which help bring wonders in a woman’s as well as his child’s life. There is no harm in letting a woman work for household today.
The best person is the children’s parents to raise them. Having to leave the child and go off to work shouldn’t the case, but it’s not Compulsory that always women should do it. If it is possible for a father and Convenient for him to stay home and look after the child then he should surely do it instead.
Today, we live in a generation where both a mom and dad have an active should play an active role in raising a child. When a TV star like Kapil Sharma can go on a paternal leave then why can’t normal fathers. If a father can stay home, and let the mother work, I don’t see any problems with this situation as such. It depends on whom the child is with and how the child is being nurtured.
I don’t think mothers should give up their career every time, it depends on the entire situation. There are equal opportunity for both men and women out there and so should be the same case in this situation as well. It is the obligation of every father too to take care of his child. All that is needed is flexibility between the parents, so that, a woman actually doesn’t have to forgo her career after having a child as the traditional society states.

Even in relationship having a maximum romance, it does have an imbalance of power, but the stakes are always higher in such cases for a woman. First let’s understand what power is. Power is actually the ability of a person to get what he or she wants. To be in a position where they can take action in an effective way and shape events as per their control and needs. According to recent statistics 96 percent of marriages have failed because of men wanting the power and superior position in the relationship.
When a woman tends to have no power in relationship she feels weak. Usually in such cases a man will do a mistake and make a big issue out of it and blame it on the woman and make her feel like everything was her fault. This is the majority of cases that actually happen In today’s marriage which leads to divorce. Have you heard of an old saying “absolute power corrupts absolutely”! I can put a strong thought by saying that some men as humans just cannot share a nature on equitable grounds to treat women fairly in a relationship by paying attention to them with dignity and giving them the respect.Men like to be dominating and have a power more than their wives to achieve superiority
In today’s generation, women have become stronger and mentally stable. So because of this storing reason as soon as they feel, they are not being valued or respected properly, divorce appear to happen. Women don’t want control like the man or have a superiority Complex, but they just want to be treated with respect and value them in path of their life by their partner. Is this too much to ask for?
Lastly I end by saying that woman can have a committed and loving relationship which is actually one of the greatest joys of life for a woman as a loving relationship is said to be a great foundation of having a meaningful life, but this should not happen in any way at the cost of banishing a woman from her personal thoughts, and opinions by not allowing to take her own stand.

Today Although, women make up the majority or you can say more than half of the graduates at high grades in India, yet there are fortification of barriers which limit and restrict a woman’s entry into any kind of medical leadership and leadership related to health care domains. These restrictions have internalised the elements in a structural way which can be address through multiple strategies which would advance a role of woman in medical leadership.
A woman plays an important role in building a wrong health work-force globally and at her own house. The word at her own can definitely have not been overlooked. The way they preach with dedication to their work which they practise can make a difference between like and death situations for so many people out there. And besides all this a woman in even though working more in the health force, has less pay compared to men. Can we call this DELIVERED BY WOMEN, BUT LEAD BY MEN?
The covid 19 pandemic has bought a drastic impact on our society from unemployment to health factors and the economy globally. Even at the conditions of fighting covid 19 women have served tremendously in the form doctors, nurses, cleaners, etc. This excess of passion they show in working may lead them to cause infection or the virus risking their lives. It’s stated that infections among female Health work-force is three times more than that of the male workforce and yet women are made to behind whole decision makings.
According to the recent reports by the UN, almost 70 to 75 percent of healthcare workforce comprises of women. According to statistical displayed by the WHO, nearly 3 trillian time the women have contributed towards healthcare and yet their works is paid less or unpaid. Women hold only 25 percent of a CEO position in a hospital in India in the Health sector department. There should be rallies set up to ensure more care on empowering women, because women make tough choices from the very less sources which they are actually offered.
During the pandemic which we are actually going through, action must be taken against investment in leadership and placements for women which would scrutinise and we can be recognized as being a significant role in filling the gender gap role at the level of leadership. Training and teaching should be enhanced to future nurses and doctors. There should be structure long term change and more of women leaders In the field of health care should be recognized and addressed.
