Mansplaining and its effects on women
Mansplaining basically means to comment on or explain something to a woman in a condescending, overconfident and often inaccurate or oversimplified manner. It effects women a lot. It makes them feel undervalued and disrespected. They feel demotivated and unskilled. At the time of mansplaining men assumes that women do not have the knowledge or understanding that he has. It can make women feel unappreciated, undervalued and incompetent. These feelings can also lead them to loss of productivity and a decreased sense of belonging which can also cause some women to leave their jobs in search of places where they can feel more valued and appreciated. It reinforces the myth that women are less competent, educated and knowledgeable than men. Mansplaining can completely stop woman’s progression in her career. As she is interrupted in between she will feel demotivated. She will start doubting her own skills. It can be reduced by listening more and speaking less. A good thing is to not offer free advice to anyone until aksed. Mansplaining seems like a disturbing issue but how we communicate tells other people how much or little they are valued. Humans feel better, work more effectively, and behave better when they feel valued themselves. Employers should provide diversity training programs to employees to educate them how mansplaining can be completely removed. It should be reduced completely. So that women feel more secure and valued.

Violence again women is continuously going on. It is occuring in every country and culture and casuing harm to millions of women.
According to WHO report, in the world 1 in 3 women have experienced physical at least once in their lives. That number has also remained unchanged over the past decades.
In this covid pandemic, women have suffered a lot. Lockdowns have raised the violence against women and girls around the world as their men are home all the time and whenever they are angry on anything they take out their anger on women. Intimate partner violence is the most prevalent form of violence against women. Globally around 6% of women reported being sexually assaulted and physical by someone. Although the real figure is likely higher because sexual abuse is still under reported. We can only fight with it through deep-rooted and sustained efforts by governments, communities and individuals.
It is quite disturbing that this continuous violence by men against women is unchanged which is affecting young women aged 15-24 who are young mothers. Every government should be taking strong and proactive steps to address this.
This violence against women should be stop as soon as possible. It is also affecting their mental health which leads to depression in them and even suicide sometimes.

Computer coding is a male-dominated sector. Still STEM jobs are not considered for women. Even now in this technology world only 18% of computer science majors are women. We can do better at girls learning code. Girls should learn how to code for their betterment. By learning code at an early age, girls develop a better grasp for the technology, which helps them find better solutions and manage failure. Coding helps girls with academic performance and problem solving. Girls that learn to code are able to improve in a range of educational topics such as mathematics, writing, and creativity. This coding process can help girls in developing english skills as well as help in applying mathematics concept in real life problem solving. Coding also helps girls in their future career. They will earn much better than the females working in non-tech sector. Coding can also help girls in empowering. A girl can be an example for many and this will help more girls learning coding. By working on apps, robotics, and other computing programs girls could help in shaping their future for the better education, health and energy sectors. Learning to read and write code gives girls the ability to face challenges head-on and learn from their mistakes. Coding also encourages logical reasoning and critical thinking as it breaks large problems into small manageable tasks. Still the highest paying jobs is in STEM. By encouraging women to participate in coding it will increase their earnings in STEM job. Ultimately this will reduce the pay gap and boost the average woman’s pay significantly.
