She should be told about hygiene how important is for her. Every woman has a different physical feature she should accept those features. Love her body, dress in good clothes. If she is fat or skinny she should not avoid food is this not because of food but because of unhealthy habits. One should tell her about the good and bad habits she is having so that she can work upon them.

She must be told about physical changes that take place before and after pregnancy and how she can tackle them. Nutrients food and exercises can keep her fit not only physically but also mentally.

Women always want to look nice. A lot of women like to lose weight but don’t care about their nutrition habits. They will go for a coffee with friends or run errands in the evening time. It does not matter if they are hungry. This is not good for their health and body structure as they need to maintain it. A woman should know her measurements. I want to tell all women if you are young go to a doctor or go grocery and take a big paper you will see a lot of print of body measurements. Please note it down, store it well or just note down the part in your phone. You should know it like chest, waist, hips, under chin no need to measure neck because don’t all women have the same size of their neck.

The anxiety women feel when we see our bodies makes us confuse hunger with thirst. Women get into trouble when they are stressed because they don’t know what is hunger and what is just stress. Nature intended women to store fat around their sexual organs for an emergency. Eating healthily is a necessity so that your body can perform optimally. Eat foods that are rich in nutrients and vitamins to give you the energy that you need to feel good about yourself and your daily activities.

Let’s face it, women don’t get a lot of particularly helpful advice about their health. I’d venture to say that most of the stuff that passes for health wisdom is not so wise at all. It’s more like received opinion, passed down in a game of telephone that comes from a generation or two before us. Some women suffer from unhealthy habits, which are not only bad for their physical and mental health but can also be detrimental to their careers. Here are a few things every woman should know about her body:
    1. Your sleep cycle is the most important thing in your day. There are many reasons why this is true. Your attitude, your interactions at home and work, and even how well you tolerate food are shaped by your alertness. The negative impact of not getting enough sleep can be so significant that it will affect every area of your life.
    2. There are many things that women should know about their bodies. The first one is stress and how to prevent it. There are good reasons why in ancient times pregnant women were asked to stay away from stressful situations and crowds. You have to learn how your body works, and take action before things get to the point of no return. You must understand the negative consequences of stress on your mental health, and how exactly it affects the female body.
    3. Women in their prime reproductive years should keep an eye on their menstrual cycle to ensure that they are getting pregnant after a slip-up. Some women who have irregular menstrual cycles can now easily turn back the clock by getting their hands on different remedies designed especially for them. However, it is important to note that not all methods of contraception are natural or even hormone-free.

But women should not forcefully do diets and exercise just because they want to be slimmer with perfect body shape by looking others it doesn’t make sense, women need to understand that all body shapes are beautiful. Women should never make comparison yourself with others. And same goes with skin tone, woman should not use products to look fairer because it is not good for your skin and you should not feel shy or uncomfortable with your skin tone, you should feel good with your skin colour. Every skin colour is beautiful in their own way. Woman Should do exercise and yoga daily for their health not just because you want to be slimmer. When you think about the issues that impact humans today, a problem that might easily come to mind is the gender wage gap for the difference in pay between working men and women. However, another gender gap affects the health and well-being of women and girls around the world. Despite rapid advances in the field of medicine over the last century and physiology of human have been and continue to be overlooked within the health care system. Women have been excluded from scientific research and underserved in fields such as cardiac and mental health. This is gender healthcare and is a huge obstacle for all women especially those in marginalised communities.
The first iniquity is the gender gap in health care research. The exclusion of women in research has been a major historical contributor to the health gap. It wasn’t until 1993 that women were required to be included in most healthcare research studies. Studies that include payment before this time were overwhelmingly related to reproductive science. This shows the scientific community’s failure to recognise that the spectrum of a woman’s health extends much more than her ability to have children. Women are more likely to experience adverse reactions to some medicine. This is because medicines are generally tested on men.
The different care and outcomes experienced by women it comes to chronic health conditions are huge. On average women live longer than men but with a lesser quality of life. Women are more likely to suffer from multiple chronic conditions throughout their lives. By age 80, the number of men experiencing two or more chronic conditions is twice as high as men of the same age. Chronic pain is also more common in women than men. However, it is not treated as aggressively as pain in men. Doctors generally considered pain in women answer a psychological issue and this affects the care women receive. Cardiac arrest is one of the leading causes of death among women and it kills more women than men each year. Despite this women makeup only 35% of those studied in cardiovascular research. Many drugs that affect the cardiovascular system have only ever been tested on men.
