Patriarchy is something that man holds more power than women in every way whether it can be in leadership, home or social advantage. Patriarchy are seen in many ways everyday but mostly it happens at workplace between men and women.
Now let us see, Example of patriarchy in the workplace as following:
1.Hiring: we all know that, In many companies men are more hire than women instead of same skill and experience but they don’t get hire because of their gender which is wrong they need to judge or test their skills and talents to hire them rather than not giving a chance only.
2.Opportunities: In the workplace, men gets easily job opportunities than women whereas women has to rush to get an chance to have an opportunity instead of having same skill and experience they don’t get an job opportunities over men.
3.Equal pay: We can see that, men gets equal pay for their work but women don’t get equal pay by having the same skill and experience like men than also she get paid less than men in the workplace which is not right. Both men and women needs to get equal pay for their work.
4.Leadership: Men hold more leadership in many projects in the workplace than women because women don’t get an chance to have the leadership. If the women gets the leadership men will jealous and try to make obstacles in her work due to which it may lose her leadership.
5.Safety: In many companies, women aren’t safe there is increase in cases of sexual and physical harassment at workplace. But there should be safety to prevent it whereas men can do work freely like than only women should also at that freedom and feel safe in the workplace.
These were the examples of patriarchy in the workplace. Companies need to give equal opportunities and treatment for both men and women without any discrimination and inequality.

They need to share experience and tips with fat people that will help them to lose weight. And it is nothing wrong, if the person wants to remain in the same body shape it is okay because all body shapes and sizes are beautiful in their own way. The only thing is society needs to stop judging it.

Patriarchy means society gives more priority of power to men than women like in family women are asked to do household chores and take care of the child whereas men will be the head of the family and hold control over women and kids. In our society everyday in someway it happens that men and women are not treated equally.
Let us see, some examples of patriarchy in everyday life as following:
    1. Men can go outside at night for both the purpose like for office shift and also enjoying with friends at night whereas women are not allowed to go outside at night. so, it can be for office shift or it can be to enjoy with friends they are always get restricted and not allowed to go outside at night. And if they go out people start judging her character.
    2. Men can wear clothes whatever they want without getting judged and stereotypes from society but when it comes to women they has lots of restrictions to wear clothes of their choice they don’t have freedom to wear their choice of clothes and society also judge and pass comments on women if they wear short clothes or their choice of clothes.
    3. Education, higher studies and work life this things are given more priority for men in daily life they are always asked to focus on their studies and also gets encouragement to follow their career goals. And, on other side women are given less priority for their education and work life they are always asked to get married instead of that they should tell her to follow career goals and be independent.
    4. Expectations from women to learn household chores and cooking whereas there will be no expectations from men to learn household chores and cooking they are always asked to give priority for their education.
These were the examples of patriarchy in everyday life that our society is still doing, to stop this inequality people need to understand that both men and women are equal and need to be treated equally.

Fat is truly a feminist issue because in our society people offend judge the person by their body shape, size and also by the skin tone. Feminism is all about serving equality for all the genders and in that activist are raising their voice against fat feminist issue and trying to make people understand that fat people should be treated equally without any discrimination or comparison. At workplace, fat people are also not getting an opportunities because of the judgment and body shape they don’t get chance to proof themselves or to have an opportunity. Instead People need to see their hardwork and talent to give an opportunity rather than judging by their body image like fat/ thin this thing is still going. There will very few of the companies who gives the equal opportunities and equal pay by seeing their talent and hardwork. We can also see that fat people are not treated equally like others, they always faces comparison. Because people has the mentality that being fat is such an issue or problem in our society. Because of the television and movies fat people usually thinks alot about their body image due to which they thinks alot and that causes stress to their mind. But fat people more gets affects from the discrimination and unfair treatment that other people does with them. This thing need to get change and society need to treat every person equally without making comparison or discrimination.

Male gaze is like impossible to stop, we can see that male gaze appears in movies, short film’s and advertisements. The way man sees constantly that makes women uncomfortable. At college, workplace and other places women also go through from body shaming. In today’s generation there are people who say to men and women (if they are healthy) “YOU ARE FAT”, “EAT LESS” or they will laugh on body shape or size, things like this may affect men and women who may get suffers from depression, self harm and stress due to which they don’t go outside for travel and parties, It’s just a one example but there are many more. Not only body but also clothes & makeup gets affect women from male gaze, If a women do a makeup her friend’s will make a joke on her and if women wear a short clothes then also she get judge by male gaze, We live in a society where this things are normal now. In movies and advertisements they focuses on a parts of women’s body, They create a sexual point of view from male protagonist. We can also see that in movie posters like Action movies, zombies movie, superhero… If a women also a part of a team superheroes movie, we can see on a poster every male is looking like builder & women is showing backside of the body. This were the persistent problem of the male gaze are still their in our society.
