Dysphoria is the sense of unhappiness, feeling sad, stress anxiety well dysphoria is not a mental health issue but it cannot take care of this feeling it may take a toll mental health of the person, signs of this are emotional breakdown, loss of appetite, sleeping issues, so transgender go through these a lot because they are always humiliated by our society, if we are kind person, we should support them and lift them up from this mental state. We should validate their experiences if they share without being judgmental, realize them you are there with them. ask them how can we help trans people who are experiencing dysphoria. We can distract them by taking them out or doing fun activities with them it will help them a lot, we can chill with them and make sure we don’t say a thing that makes them feel sad. So basically, when trans people feel dysphoric they don’t like people around them so you can send them self-care hampers, or gift cards, and some fresh flowers to make them feel worthy. you can also tell them to exercise Dysphoria is like a monster, so a friend in sadness and depression if they are cultivating bad habits so as a friend you should encourage them to seek help. You cannot take away the pain which they are going through but by supporting you at least help them to recover fast. These are some ways you can support trans people from feeling dysphoric.

Patriarchal notions are followed in religion I would say in every religion it is followed, which limits women to be part of religious rituals, for example we have seen when women are on menstruation they are not allowed to go to temples, because and this norm is been followed from years now this is the teaching of patriarchy. Women cannot be the priest we never see women performing a holy function because it has never happened no matter how much devotion would women can show. There is set of rituals which women have to perform when she is widowed and prayers in future, she is not allowed to be apart of any function which married women do. Most of the religion preaches the male god Sikhism, Islam, Christianity, which is with the patriarchy and core sexism. Because of patriarchal belief in religion women are portrayed mentally, emotionally, and physically inferior to men. everyone is equal and no cultural and religious barriers should discriminate between men and women. Some organizations have rules which explain the custom and traditions which include a lot of restrictions on women, these things affect women many times and they have to follow because in our country religion comes first than anything. you cannot force anybody to follow such patriarchal norms it should come from people’s hearts. And every woman should get the right to visit religious places. No one can stop them. so these are some examples of patriarchy in religion.

Patriarchy is basically referring to a social system where male holds the power and they kind of dominate in the role of leadership and authority, social privilege and right of property, in this system women, are shown as the weaker sex, there is not one country in the world that have absolute equality in gender. so, examples of patriarchy at the workplace so the first example is when a company hires 80 % of men and 20 % of women in the company because they think men are more knowledgeable and efficient than women which is not true. This mindset is needed to change one should be hired on the basis of their skills and talent, next example is always denying to give a woman an opportunity and always giving her very niche work so that she cannot get a chance to prove her ability to work. And in this woman, professional life suffers a lot because of which their personal life also has face consequences. Not giving leadership roles just because patriarchy says that men are ones who can dominate and make decisions so they cannot work under women call them boss. This is an example in which all women have a complaint about equal pay women does not get equal pay men gets even while working at the same position, just because they are women? Women do not get the paid maternity leave and in some companies, some women have to drop their job from the offices. They have to again have started from zero majority of companies doing this only 40% to 50% are providing maternity leave. There are many such examples of patriarchy in the workplace which need to change.

I totally disagree with the thought that fat-shaming helps people to lose weight. Fat shaming is very harmful to health. It is very thought who think they have lose weight from fat-shaming they are doing torturing their body, losing fat is healthy for the body but you have to decide what is the reason behind losing fat you don’t have because same people always fat shames you. Instead of motivation, it’s harmful to their health and they end up eating more and gain much weight. It is also proved by the researchers. And most of the people who are fat shame are very slim and are in better shape. You literally help with your ideas that how you lost weight. This discrimination is causing stress on people who are fat which will drive them in eating more. It is also linked with depression anxiety attacks. Fat shaming, they are very wrong, maybe they will not feel bad today, they are saying they have to place themselves in your position. Fat-shaming triggers behavioral changes, through which eat more and put on weight and they don’t care about their body. So before saying anything to a person yon need to think at least what effect it had on a person you will never so people need to take care of this. even people who are don’t believe what society says and think because your body is not their property.

    Malala Yousuf Zai
Well, I think all women in this world need to listen to their struggles, their firmness of purpose and eagerness to get educated also to give education right to every woman in this world.
“When the whole world silence, even the one voice becomes powerful,” Malala said in her biography. Every woman, the girl has her own fight and struggles to go on, sometimes against society, Male dominating culture, and also against her own family but when we start giving up our willingness and all hope to keep fighting, we need to remember her story. The 15-year-old girl who stood up for her right to education against the Taliban and also was shotted not just once but thrice still could not stop her from getting an education. In 2007 swat valley came under the dominance of the Taliban and banned girls from going to school, Malala is thought this is an injustice, and with the support of her family, she decides to fight against them for her rights. The 15-year-old girl must be so afraid but her eagerness to get justice for herself and other girls couldn’t stop her from fighting. Malala Yousufzai also got felicitated with the Noble prize award now currently she is being part of documentaries which will be very inspiring to us and all her struggles are going shown in the documentary, even that 15-year girl can do something we can also try to do. She has achieved a lot of things in this shortage. Being a social activist, she always put her point and voice about issues, she is really a blessing for their country.

Honestly earlier never knew that fat is also a feminist issue, so basically feminism is raising your voice against inequality in society, patriarchy teaches that women cannot look fat, being fat is considered a big problem in society, so people who are fat have an experience that they have treated in a very different way. They are always judged by people in the society no matter where they go and even mistreated physically and abuse verbally but I don’t understand why people are so unkind to them, no one has the authority to question or demean the other person’s body shape, feminism is always promoting the body positivity in society we have removed the image of being perfect body shape for any work we have influence people to be comfortable in what body they are nothing is wrong with that. Their fat was an activist movement to address the issue of fat injustice and how it is unfair, it is a very big fight and a long way to go because feminists are taking a stand against society strong mindset, fat people are like living with sin, they are even looked as evil by some people. They are never prioritizing employment and even they are paid less, employers believe they hire fat people for jobs they will not actively do the work because they are lazy how can you judge. We should be really nice do not judge them and call them different names for being fat. So just expect our society should change thought processes do not discriminate against anyone.

You have a right to remain fat is basically a book written by feminist author Virgie Tovar. This book is available online sites one buys it its really a good self-help book with nice ratings, Virgie Tovar always wanted her body to be when she was in her teenage so she kept on being diet when she was very young by dieting and she has constant guilt, one day she decided to give up let have the freedom to believe in her body again. From that time, she is helping everyone to deal with the same, she is a positive writer, in the book she has shared every bit of an anti-fat bias in the book she is trying to give motivation by saying you are not a problem but there is a big problem with the mindset of the society. After reading the book you will be enlightened, happy, and inspired. How can dieting and fatphobia be a big problem for them, she really wants to tell the truth to the world. She says one needs to unlearn the phobia of fat. Embrace the body you have been blessed with. She has share chunks of her life about how people used to bully what made her change her thought this, in today everyone wants to look thin and have the perfect body to achieve this goal they are depriving a lot of things and dieting. It is being jobbed for a woman to look thin and beautiful, one has the right to remain fat if anyone is insecure about their body needs really read her book.
