Dr. Himanshi, i had pointed it to throw light on the obstacles and hurdles a woman cross from being a successful lady to a mother of infant. It provides a validiction to the issue of harassment faced by girl in every aspect she came across.

There is a disconnect in India. Women in general are the frequent targets of men who would never dream of letting their own sisters out in the same streets. Many will not have stopped to consider whether it is their actions and the actions of their friends that mean many women are prisoners in their own homes.
The patriarchy has exclusively put all to constraint. In this country being outspoken is regarded as a crime and vice-versa, suppressed. No, it is not the fault of men lying out there at the corner any time he wishes to rant but the etiquette and norms being taught by the society. Had it been a mistaught or a statement, it’s high time now and women’s know how to raise voice against any issue!

“Parliament has extensively debated the issue of marital rape and considered that it was not an offence of rape. Therefore, it can’t be considered as a criminal offence,” bench of justices MB Lokur and Deepak Gupta said.

This brings us the question if marriage in India is a contract for legal sex, among other things where men doesn’t ask for permission and is free to impose himself on wife. Apparently, being married means you can’t be raped! Actually, it isn’t a man’s fault. Because no man is born with these morals. They are TAUGHT. You can’t file a complaint against your husband, though it would be considered as an act of reprimandation!

People who say, Women’s strength comes from ‘carrying out children’ , ‘raising family’ and ‘holding relationships firm’, impeach actual strength of women. I am not biased against gender but law. Everytime you don’t raise a voice against unjust, you’re unintentionally raising a man that genuinely believes ‘This is what a woman should be like!’

SAY NO EVERYTIME BEING DISRESPECTED/ ABUSED/ INSULTED. BE ASSERTIVE.

    It is estimated that,

It’s not about women superiority, but about suppressed gender getting equal right. Veraciously speaking, men too are emotional and I am not going beyond to put stone upon their emotions but about what isn’t right.

As Mahatma Gandhi truly quoted “Be the change you want to see in the world.”

And you’re the only one who would be worried about changing the rest will follow.

    ‘GENDER JUSTICE: a significant right’

“It’s not about equality, it’s about SUPREMACY”
In my opinion Gender Justice play a major role, basic right granted to every human female to live in dignity and freedom without any fear, which wittingly can be seen practiced. It promotes the equal share of work between men and women living under a same roof, social, economic and political. Men- considered to be a dominant head of family, taking every credit of work which he owns barely recognize the value of women. Because in the society where we regard ‘heterosexual’ for different and ‘homosexuals’ as same, and talk about their equality, their justice, do we really fulfill the respect, dignity and freedom demanded by women? No, because from ancient times they are entitled to do household chores and bring up the family! But this is high time now and women are filled with fury and rage! Not only women’s, men are also concentrated with higher demands placed by society in economical and political issues.Gender justice provides the greater freedom to all, equally.
