Change is inevitable and to change we have to be capable enough to know new things. Today we are knowing about artificial intelligence, developing technology and web browsers. This pandemic has told us how to adapt ourselves in one more small world i.e internet. How the evolution of the computer took place? how we made a change in our society by excepting this technology?

There different courses coming up for women to learn thing online and develop different web browsers. Internshala, LinkedIn provide opportunities for women and girls to learn web browsing at home. Some of the famous sites which provide courses for web development are Codecademy, Coursary, Udemy, Coursera, Caltech, edX, Khan Academy and many more in less tuition fee.

The best coding concepts are text editing, JavaScript, Python, CSS, Git HTML, Ruby, Node, MongoDB, JS etc. today we need to learn these courses to develop better technology and innovation in this digital world. We all connected to technology in one or another manner and we have advanced these technologies for human use. Blockchain development is the new concept that has enhanced the chain of the internet user. New updates in technology can make things real even if they are very far away. Having virtual video calls has enhanced the health care system, reduced crime rate and quick action, file management, e-governance, e-shopping, e-marketing and many more in these field women have played a very close role.

Today to be connected in this world we need to develop good web developing apps. These courses will provide wings to new generation women and they can take part in these web development and bring out innovative ideas.

It is true that our society still not consider women more or equally potential to the male society. She is discriminated against based on her physical, mental, emotional, social fitness. They are paid less in jobs and even this pandemic has made it more worse as it hit more women in society, more women are now unemployed than men and if they are having jobs she is not getting equal pay.
They don’t have the security of pay in their jobs, no maternal leave and payment during pre and post-pregnancy. Women who are single parent and bread earner have to take care of their family facing more challenges. In this pandemic, more than 25 per cent who are self-employed have lost their jobs.
To support women finically their labour code bill have been introduced in which it has the provision of equal pay to both genders in government as well as private sectors. Government can provide different incentives to uplift the women society such as, direct income support for women, child benefit transfer for vulnerable women, supporting women who are owning their own business, quality child care services to working women, support women who are engaged in the informal sector, providing free ration in the name of women head of the family. There are different provision even in constitution of India which protect women from discrimination during her working hours.
There are many stricks and movement related to labour in which their demand is equal pay for equal work. This discrimination is a social evil that has been started since the industrial revolution but still this not abolished. Women are forced to do more work than male member and still paid less.
India rank 112th out of 153 countries in the gender pay index which is published annually by the world economic forum.

In this pandemic one thing, human learned that technology and digitalization can make things easier for them. This technology evolution is really important so that everyone can enjoy their rights. Today quality education also includes quality digitalization. As all our work now performs through this technology only. Digital opportunity is very important for both male and female. We have seen that there is a digital gender divide which means that girls are getting less opportunity to spend time online than boys. They deprived of studying, online playing, health and wellbeing, leisure.
Digital product and technologies should be design in such as way that girl can avail the opportunity to it without any hesitation as they are many security threats to them such as stalking, harassment etc.
As technology and innovation will be the future for the upcoming generation there should be enhancement of gender equality as well as promoting inclusive society motto. Only 27 per cent of women are using the phone for internet versus 57 per cent boys this instability to be decreased.
Building an infrastructure where there are no loopholes the digital divide is much greater in rural areas than urban area so there should be campaigned for digital learning. This digital revolution will bring out or improve women socially as well as economically. This advancement of digital technology will make work easier for women as it will help them to excess thing from home, they can now look after their family too, they don’t have to stand in a long line they just get things from just a click, bank detail etc become very easy to handle.
Hope in this 21st century we will be able to make the technology which will encourage all and no one will be behind in this society. We will all contribute to this society and make it a better place to live in.

Many women have some with the new face in sportsmanship. They are working hard day and night and have reached heights such as P.V.Sindhu, Saina Nehwal, Mary Kom, Sania mirza and more. They have represented our country in different championship and made us feel proud. generally, their journey starts from a difficult phase only. They opposed by their parents and community that they are capable of doing things that need physical strength. Even if they reach out this she faces other challenges in the world such as women tournament have less budget due to women are given less paid prizes there is rear people come to see their matches, gender discrimination during the selection process.
When they on the field they are objectified by people on the way of their dressing. They even harassed by their coach and even opposed sex partner. They are ignored in society and called by a different name such as ‘Mard Jese Dekhna wali’ who will marry you, you don’t look like a woman. She even criticised when she is not able to win that you are a woman, you are only suitable to cook and not to play.
During her menstruation time, she is not able to give her 100 per cent. It may also lead to a complication when they do not take care of themselves on those days. when they got married they are not able to continue their carrier. Sometimes they are a force to have marriage. They have to work very hard to compete with male sportsmen and reach up to the expectation of the people. They face a different type of gender injustice and inequality when starting their carrier in this field. These women are torched and lured for the carrier and people ask for physical favour in exchange for their carrier.

In today’s world, it is very hard for a woman to live. She can’t go outside alone as this society is full of evil who are waiting outside to snatch away women’s respect. There are various incidents we see when girls are rape when she is travelling alone such as Delhi rape case, Hyderabad rape case and many more. Some of the rape cases do not even reach to headlines as their family subduct them so that their reputation is not harmed.
The proceeding in the courts is not that fast when a girl is raped. This takes years and sometimes it is politicized. Many evil practices are stalking, staring, groping other than rape. These torchers create fear inside the women. She has looked at her dresses which are not revealing, she has to take someone elder with her, she has to put the mask on her face so that nobody sees her. Why this much torcher? In the Indian constitution, everyone is free to live to roam and to do anything they want but this freedom makes men dominating and women introverted. We all are equal and we should be treated equally.
Why can’t girls go out alone? Why there are so many objections in our society? Why so much freedom to only boys? This has to teach in the family itself that all are equal. If any boy sees other girls with an evil eye or touches her without her consent it will be punishable and have to make them believe that what if their family female member suffer the same. There should be a feeling of awareness if anyone committing any crime against women there should strict action against them.
India ranks 133 out of 167 countries in the women, peace and security index. Which a poor rating for a developing country like India. There should be a society where there is no boundaries no objection no fear all are free to roam in this society.

Many women are leading this world. They are working in different fields and enriching these field with their skills, experience and hard work. Since ancient time some women are courageous and fought for their rights. Such as Queen Elizabeth 1 who contributed her life for her country and made it a prosperous era. Queen Victoria was also one of the queen in England who ruled many countries as colonies in her era.
In recent time also some women are working hard and inspiring other women to come up. Muniba Mazari also known as the Iron lady of Pakistan who is in a wheelchair. She is an inspiration to many she also made in Forbes 30 under 30 list of 2016. Kamla Harris who become the first women vice president of the U.S.A a world power she is working towards inequality. We often see women are considered puppet and the rope is in the hands of this male-dominated society. This society is just like jail to the women’s world.
She is not allowed to chose her profession the things she loves. If she chose there own professional she can be an inspiration to others as well as give her hundred per cent in this society. Indian women contribute to less than 17 per cent of GDP which shows that she is not allowed to work and even if she works to succeed.
I take an example of many successful women who have achieved heights in their life such as lata Mangeshkar who is a marvellous singer if she opposed to succeeding she might not know us now. There is no one perfect until we make things perfect for the exposer.

We can only give our 100% when we are willing to that work. If we expose women with the work she wants to do she will excel in that. Why can they choose their desire work? Why this male-dominated society dictate women about her task?
There are many problems that women face in her day to day work. Where was she work she has to overcome many challenges and these challenges are mostly based on safety issues. Women face more threats than man. She is not only challenged physically but also mentally, socially and emotionally. We often see there are many women enterprise who has shown the world their potential. They have excel in the field where she was much interested.

We should also make the free choice to opt for our desired occupation. No work is small or big we just have to give chance to women to show their talent. Many families have the trend that if they have a child she should in a profession where there is no physical and mental stress and tell her to be a good wife, daughter, mother. Why her career should be imposed on her before her birth?
We have to learn from our mistakes and look behind the uneven society where women suffer the most because of the oppressive nature of male.

I don’t feel so that even after so many laws and acts LGBTQ+ community is safe in this orthodox
society. We often see in the news and even around us that these people are treated just like untouchable, they are pushed out of society and sometimes it leads to honour killing.
We should look beyond the binate of the spectrum so that we can understand this community their needs and their nature.
In India, although the supreme court and high court are dealing with cases regarding marriages of these community. And even made many changes in marriage acts of Hindu (1955), Muslim (1872) and Christian (1937) still there are many evils existing that do not allow this community to live happily.

The government of India has enacted the transgender protection act 2019 in which it is the constitutional right to protect the employment, education and health of this community. There shall be no discrimination against this community but still is this happening. Are they free to live, free to tell people about their identity., free to chose their partner.
Now courts have recognised them as the third gender in their landmark judgement of national legal service authority versus UOI.
Even after so many rules and regulation many people mainly those who have a cheap mentality tries to take advantages of this community. They are raped, harassed, insulted publicly, beaten up and many more. These things usually start from their own family when they start treating them as inferior. Even if they commit suicide after so much torcher no local authority of that particular area takes interest in it.
They face discrimination in right to vote, employment and even in getting a licence. They are bullied every day by their co-workers and even by their siblings. They are sometimes forced into the human trafficking trap.
We need to understand we need to work upon this community even they are human they have the right to live their life with dignity.
