Choice feminism is a popular form of contemporary feminism, encouraging women to embrace the opportunities they have in life and to see the choices they make as justified and always politically acceptable.

Choice feminism allows any action taken by a woman as an expression of her agency, and that she should be free from any form of judgement since, in making a choice. Mostly her choice is restricted. These restrictions come from a complex web of external factors that are beyond her control, such as the class or caste she is born into, how conservative or liberal her upbringing has been, and just to what degree she is privileged, to what degree marginalised. This approach to feminism implies that every woman has the privilege of dictating exactly how she’d like to live her life.

Nothing stops us if we want or are willing to achieve something. Rape is sexual intercourse that takes place without the consent of someone with whom it’s being done.
Rape is rape and it cannot be justified on any basis. Even when it’s done by a husband because being married do not mean that it gives the right to force a wife according to his physical needs.
But the fault is on our end It is taught to our daughters that after marriage they have no control over their lives and body, they have to do whatever is asked to do by their husband. And this makes her quiet and she keeps on doing everything willingly or unwillingly.
Also, there are women in this world who use their rights for some personal revenge. So if the government makes a law against this, there are chances that some greedy women may use it for a wrong cause by blaming their husbands even if they didn’t do anything wrong.
And this will also become a problem for those women who are innocent and suffering every day as no one would trust them.
So before making a law, good homework has to be done.

Crimes against women include Rape, sexual harassment, violence etc. These heinous crimes take place because we support them by keeping our mouths shut.
Every Woman experiences sexual violence once in her life and that’s true. Sadly everywhere, no matter wherever she is, at the workplace, at schools or college, buses, public places even in worshipping places. Every day we hear at news channels and read in newspapers about crimes against women. Not only younger women but seniors too suffer. Rather I should say being a woman means that you are meant to be harassed and she becomes public property when she is in public places. This is disgusting but true. This can be changed and needs to be changed.
We have to preach to our children to respect every woman, whether they know them or not. As we know Charity Begins at Home so our home environment should be such mannered that our sons carry out this message forward in our society.

It has been a crucial part of providing education to uneducated women, who still wanted to do something in life, who wanted to learn. Today, social media platforms are being used is also a work of technology that has made it possible for us to let everyone know if we are treated badly or we need help.
Twitter is one of the most used applications for these purposes.
But like every coin has its two sides similarly technology also has its pros and cons. If used unwisely then we have to face consequences. Especially for women, things get miserable as our society never supports a woman rather it blames her. So she should be more careful while using online technologies.

Being financially independent should be the first thing to achieve in life. It’s necessary for both men and women. It gives us confidence and freedom of living life on our terms. It’s crucial for women because men are considered to be the breadwinners of the family so they are already financially stable. But women who are homemakers have to ask their husbands for money even for a minimal expense.
It’s necessary for women as it gives them a sense of security that if unfortunately, her husband passes away or leaves her then also she can bear her expenditures. She can also take care of her children. Not only in these cases but in the case where the husband is solely carrying a load of his family on his shoulders then also he gets some relief if his wife is a working woman. Today’s world is rich in the usage of technology so women can opt for it as a career. It is especially for those who can’t leave their children alone so it would be like working from home and many online job portals can be chosen to apply for a job of choice. A business plan can also be put forward if it is having a scope in future.

Women are not safe at their workplace. In today’s time when a woman is not safe at her home, I think it would be undoubtedly correct to expect that they are unsafe outside. They face harassment at their workplaces and it doesn’t matter whether they are helpers, employees or any other designation.
And the worse is that very few of them are reported. These are not reported sometimes because women don’t want to and most of the time because of family and societal pressure. This silence leads to crimes against women. And it’s not about the happening at the workplace, it happens everywhere whether she is a working or non-working woman. At malls, weddings, functions, etc. and even at religious places.
At workplaces, male colleagues touch their female colleagues inappropriately and on being answered back they deny by justifying their disgusting act. Molestation takes place in the name of promotions in organisations. These kinds of inhuman activities have to be stopped otherwise, women will never try to open their wings and fly high to achieve what they want from their lives. They wouldn’t support their daughters for opting for a career, seeing these problems at workplaces.

Self-Defence is said to be when we fight for ourselves against any harmful person. Self Defence should be taught to girls as we know that crimes against women are increasing day by day. No matter what is the age of the woman just because she is a female she has to be harmed by males who have the sick mentality. Every next day we get to read about heinous crimes with a school going girl, an old woman and even with a newborn, Disgusting but true. In this scenario, it has become a necessity to add self-defence training as a crucial part of the curriculum. It will also help them to be safe at a time when no one is there to help them. A woman can fight for herself and this gives her confidence to pursue her dreams without any kind of fear of sexual harassment. A girl needs to understand that her safety is in her hand because no one can be trusted with her integrity.

Women in older times, in the times when there were kings and queens, were respected a lot. Kings used to discuss issues related to their empire with their queens. As her opinion was given importance. But today, before taking simple household-related decisions she has to ask for everyone’s consent. She has to perform ample duties but no rights to enjoy.
Even her personal life decisions are taken by their families like till when she should educate herself when to marry, to whom she should marry and this doesn’t stop here. She is even ordered to get pregnant just after a few months of marriage. This is horrible to see and listen to that to have such beautiful experiences like being a mother are also taken by others and not by the woman herself. Men think that they are the decision-makers not need any suggestions from female members of society. Women know many aspects of a single topic and can take better decisions. Women are no less than men in any area or field. They are giving a tough competition to men and that’s commendable.

Technology should keep on getting better and more innovative day by day. Because it’s a medium for many of us to accomplish our dreams. Dreams are just dreams and they don’t come to our minds according to our gender but our society always guides us to opt for a suitable(gender basis) career. A fruitful career is a dream of every individual and in today’s time technology is working as an aid for us. Technology plays the best role in gender equality as we can access the application and use it without mentioning our gender and even if we have to register then also it will not going to be partial to us.
As we know that every coin has its two sides similarly everything has its pros and cons. On one hand, it has helped a woman to reach the heights of success whereas, on the other hand, they get negative comments and threats for working and living a life according to their conditions. Many social media platforms let people connect and allow them to put their views forward on various topics but as I said earlier, it reaches the wrong direction sometimes.
Today also many women don’t have access to technology. They are kept away from these social platforms so that they may not grow and learn new skills and be unskilled forever. I guess men fear that if they’ll allow them, they’ll be unstoppable.
Many women are there who work online and earn while working all day at home. This increases her self confidence and makes her independent. It helps her in adverse circumstances. So technology has helped and will keep on helping everyone forever. It will make our lives better, so use it to the full extent and let everyone know about it.
For students, digital learning has helped a lot in times of the pandemic because”पढ़ेगा इंडिया तभी तो बढ़ेगा इंडिया”.

Work-life balance is preached to women because of pre-existing patriarchal thinking. Women have been expected to take care of their families and children. It’s unfortunate to say that but women are pressurised for all kinds of household chores. Though it is not written in any mythological books or law still it is presumed, girls have to take care of everything and don’t matter what they are going through.
They have to do everything irrespective of her needs. Most of the time she keeps her personal needs and works at the last of her priority list. Since her childhood, she is made to realize that after marriage she has to make a balance between her job and household tasks. And suppose if she gets a spouse who supports her by helping her then also people say that his wife is so irresponsible that he has to work even in the house. We need an understanding and a changed mindset of society. Women are also human beings, they need some care, respect and support too. Everyone should help them at their level.
