When we discuss about gender divide, most of the time we get limited to gender roles of men and women. This has become a common approach to neglect the queer community. Roles are not just fixed for men and women, even there existed misconceptions that queer had roles only in sex work and prostitution. Thus, we see today that work culture is slowly adopting members of queer community too. But still very insignificant.
And if one wants divide to be converged, steps are required which benifits all. Comment.
