I’ve heard a lot of people argue saying that reservation of women in educational sectors is a threat to equality. If feminists argue about equality then where does it go while admissions?

I’ve a very simple answer to this. Are men also deprived of their basic education as women? Are men asked to indulge in all household works all day as women? Are men asked to marry a well-off at a young age and settle as women? An answer to these questions is an answer to the debate.

India is patriarchal country and even after simultaneous developments, many sections hold back to their old cultural beliefs, this directly implies as a break in a girl child’s education. Not every girl child gets lavish education from a well-off school, but that doesn’t mean that she doesn’t deserve to study in a premium institute in future.
