In recent news, Uganda’s president has enacted stringent anti-LGBTQ laws, including the provision of the death penalty for aggravated homosexuality. Additionally, approximately 30 other African countries criminalize homosexuality. In light of this situation, what measures can be taken to address and challenge these discriminatory laws and attitudes, and how can we foster an inclusive environment that respects and supports the rights of homosexual individuals?
