We are in the 21st Century when we have seen unimaginable inventions but it baffles me that people still judge Women on the basis of their clothes. We have come a far way but haven’t covered the full journey. Women have the choice to wear whatever they feel like. The clothes of a woman depend on her choice, nobody has the right to tell a woman what she should wear and nobody has the right to judge a woman on the basis of her clothes. Clothes don’t define a woman’s character.

I guess women are so much more than their clothes. Women’s freedom is depicted by her mind, her strength, her calibre. A woman’s clothes don’t make her a better or a worse person. Let’s take an example: if a boy wears shorts and goes outside whether to a market or in public transport, nobody will judge his character on the basis of his clothes so why does a woman be judged on the basis of her clothes? Every rule is different for women. A woman is told to dress according to society’s norms and she is judged if it doesn’t suit society. It depends on a woman if she wants to wear a skirt or a saree, it totally is her choice. Women aren’t supposed to be judged on the basis of their looks, clothes, etc. A woman is not to be defined by her clothes and society should understand this.
