Definitely, It is as Natural Resources are reaching their scarcity level. Water is not only important for human beings but also the entire ecosystem. Without water, our existence is next to impossible. Due to our ill habits, we have reached a stage where water unavailability has become common in many states.
Unfortunately, the water resources left also have no use because industrial wastes have turned them into chemical waters which are harmful to drinking and any other kind of usage. Industries are making money out of natural resources. The water table is also decreasing day by day which is affecting our soil too. Deforestation is also responsible for the lowering of the water table. Deforestation is the cutting of trees at a large rate for making furniture, paper etc. Human beings know how to take but don’t know how to give. We should plant trees because bare lands will not give us food, oxygen etc and topsoil will also get blown away. As we see natural resources are connected so it’s necessary to save them.March 4, 2022 at 2:26 pm #34336Water is a part of our life that we cannot live without. About 71% of the earth is covered with water and the rest 29% is a part of the land, of which only 0.3% is potable water. And every living life needs water for survival. We need to teach everyone how to save water. Scientists and researchers gave the warning sign to the whole world, if we wake up not right now, then only regrets will be left with us. The quality of water is degrading day- by- day, because of water pollution and the wastage of water is at an all-time high. is predicted by researchers, that by the year 2050, water stress will double, because of global warming. As per the data, from less than a year ago, around two-thirds of the global population faces water scarcity. By conserving water, and utilizing it as per the requirement, we can save crops, also save the lives of many farmers, who commit suicide because of their loss of the crop because of drought, we all cannot imagine life without water. So, can’t we take a small step for ourselves? We all know that living a life without water is completely impossible. The daily irrigation, drinking, bathing and working out all the chores need an essential feature of water in it. We can survive without food but we cannot survive without water. In places where there is a scarcity of water, there is also very much difficulty in growing crops. Agriculture is not even possible there. Therefore, if water is not their food availability also becomes a matter of concern. Wasting water is trying to waste a life. Nowadays in order to conserve water, we do rainwater harvesting or try to save water by closing all the taps we refer to as not needed. All the methods of preserving water are applicable in all the water scarcity places and it saves billions of lives from death. Water is used in perfect manners and in an organized development then the society has a chance to synchronize its balance in it. We need to amplify the methods of saving water and thereby saving a life.
March 5, 2022 at 2:24 pm #34477About 20% of the world’s population live in countries where there is a scarcity of water and they are unable to access natural water source. Growing population, urbanisation, deforestation, global warming, climatic changes, pollution, rapid industrialisation, droughts and floods are some of the causes of rising water scarcity. Access to safe drinking water is vital for health, and humans cannot survive without it. The lack of clean water is a major problem. More than 800 children under age 5 die every day from diarrhea caused by contaminated water, poor sanitation, and unsafe hygiene. This big problem can not be solved by the people alone or by a group of some people, it is a problem for which people’s efforts meet at the global level. We need to collectively and individually both take steps to safe water and protect our future. We must stop the waste of water, use water properly and should maintain the quality of water. If we all do our part in conserving precious water supplies, we can make a huge difference for the environment.
March 5, 2022 at 11:27 pm #34479There’s no denying the fact that water is life. You can live without food for a few days but without water? You’ll have to be a superhuman just to go half a day without drinking water.
“Water Water everywhere, not a drop to drink”
The question may arise in one’s mind that why should we save water? After all, there is already a lot of it. Earth consists of approximately 70% water but still we should save water. Why? Because most of this is salty ocean water. This will not help you pals. Wake up. The amount of drinkable and usable water is very less in comparison to the increasing population. Still, we use water carelessly without even knowing that our future generations will have to suffer a lot because of this.
If the condition is this bad even now, imagine what will happen after 20 years, 50 years, 100 years. It is predicted that this water will become a huge threat to humanity and will even lead to world war. And the stats at present prove that such things can happen.
To avoid these destructive situations people should understand that saving of water and its proper usage should get started by today—right from this moment. Those who are already saving, keep it up. Those who are sleeping till now, get up and think otherwise; your coming generations will suffer because of you. Save water, save future. Of yours and your loving ones.
April 10, 2022 at 10:13 pm #34654Water undoubtedly is one of the most precious element of the earth. And accordingly there arises a need to save water and thus save the environment as a whole. Water basically is the source of life on earth, that should be preserved. All human activities are basically dependent on water for almost all the primary activities.
Many programs and schemes have been introduced to conserve water for the future generations. The Government itself has undertaken many new policies for clearing the rivers and providing safe drinking water to people for drinking. As we know atleast 71% if earth surface is covered with water. Water is both a valuable and a scare resource which requires us to not waste it at all.
Water shortage has now become a common problem in India and across globe. Water is not only used for drinking purposes but also used for irrigation, agricultural activities and all other domestic purposes. Depletion of water year by year is a threat to the human existence as a whole. Changes in weather and increase in Global Warming can be considered as the most important reasons for scarcity of water.
Life without water is unimaginable and so should be conserved with the help of the government and other institutions. -
