Basic quality of a leader is to be confident , understanding , intelligent, smart and who can coordinate and manage everything effectively and efficiently . there are many example of women leaders like :- Anuradha Acharya (CEO) , Shyamala Gopinath (governor in reserve Bank of India) , Chitra Ramkrishna ( Managing director in National stock exchange of India) These women has proven that women can do anything in any field . But in comparison of men there are very few women leaders , and very huge gap between the number of men leader and women leader. And this is only because women cannot get that much of opportunity do not have that much knowledge and support . It does not mean that we should give up , There are ways through which a right path can be shown to a woman to become a capable leader .
The first thing – should pay attention to the quality education .Boys get more good education facility in the comparison of women . Girls are put in nearby college schools and institutions due to which their skills are not developed well. So first of all the main focus should be on the education of girls, whether they are getting the right kind of education or not.
Another thing which need to be focused is as everyone know a woman is multi-tasking . A woman can handle domestic and outdoor work at the same time but when it comes to a large scale, a woman has to think a lot because a small mistake can raise a lot of questions. Therefore, she should also have knowledge of management, yes, she is multi-tasking , But she should know how she can use this quality in the right place .
The third way is that many women are not aware of their rights, due to which she is unable to move forward. All a woman’s should know about their rights, they should know what her general rights are, how with their help she can move forward and what can she do for the betterment of society by being a good leader.
So these are the few step that should be taken for making a woman a good leader . Because a woman has all the quality to be a leader she just need to enhance them and should know the better way of utilisation of her skills , knowledge and talent .

Only a few people may have considered this, but the time women spend in their homes makes them a better leader than anybody else. A few people would agree that the leadership skills of a woman develop through nurture and growth development. However, there are a few more qualities that would make a woman a good leader in any field.

Indeed, gender is a deciding factor for empowering a leader. In most cases, men dominate over female; however, if allowed to lead, an impressive outlook is likely to present. Over years, women have stepped forward and created new possibilities for people around them. Not forgetting the topic of the day, the focus is how they can be good leaders.

I believe that the power of solving problems is inbuilt in every woman. I don’t need to explain how mothers have a solution for everything. This decision-making and problem-solving technique are helpful in the working sector. Also, the idea of working independently thrives them to work harder than before. Only a few salient features that one could add to the structure could be embracing criticism, not comparing oneself with others, not taking much stress, and taking risks.

Not to miss the other deciding factors, it is psychologically proven that women are more empathetic than men, especially in a working environment. The motherly nature of nurturing a family is an advantage to a woman as it makes them good listeners, and multi-taskers. The tables might turn during teamwork, but if done efficiently, there is no problem. Any work sector can boost energy with a woman’s high emotional intelligence. Thereby, women are good leaders in various sectors, apart from corporate. And if we can reduce gender inequality and bias, we may witness more leaders than we imagined ever. All we need is courage and the idea to beat the odds.

How Women Can Become Good Leaders?
Being a leader requires possessing leadership qualities like being firm, decisive, determined, strong-headed, etc. As we all know, women are gifted to have been possessing all suck qualities and much more, only naturally. Why is it so convenient for a lady to work and handle a household, both at the same time? It is godly how it even works out for them! From grandpa’s daily dose of medicines to young son’s lunchbox for school- they have it all at their tips. And on top of this, they are the stars of the week at their working space in the offices. This clearly proves their high-class leadership qualities.
This is how women can be good leaders. The only thing that lacks at times, is their confidence due to the constant push and pull by the society and lack of opportunity due to gender disparity, which changes such self-made talented women, to mere individuals who struggle to even make their own place in the hustle and bustle of the advancing world. Why do we see so many women achieving accolades in all fields? From Kamala Harris in the field of politics to Saina Nehwal in sports, from Oprah Winfrey in the field of entertainment to Kiran Bedi in the services- women have mostly excelled in their fields and have proved it to the world, how they can become good leaders.
The ratio of females to males is largest in the professions such as secretaries, administrative assistants, pre-school teachers, and social workers and reformers, bringing the maximum amount of positive change to the current situation of the world. Women are capable enough of doing wonders. They just need an accepting and supportive behavior from the society for the same. When have we ever stayed a step back from pulling women down from reaching their goals. We should understand that what they are doing and willing to do, is what the world needs. If we start supporting them, they will gain confidence and have faith in themselves, which will be the largest revolution of all times, not only for them, but for the entire human race. They say “A woman is the secret behind a man’s success.” Women are the only ones possessing the trait of walking the world towards glory. They’re the key to our success. So, let’s support them, and bring a change to the world, for the better.
    A woman myself,

Leadership means both research and practical skill should be the basic character of an individual. Today women are working In different fields and have established their unique identity. Albeit after so many obstacles they are flying with colors but the qualities of leadership are not enriched in one particular day. It has to be enhanced every day.
Women are coming up even in the male-dominated culture and business. They are ruling in workplaces such as science(Marie curie worked on the radioactive particle, Jennifer Dondan 2020 Nobel prize in chemistry), in politics( Indira Gandhi, Benazir Bhutto), in sports ( P V Sindhu, Saina Naiwal). Even today women are on the Forbes list such as angela Merkel, Kamla Harris, and many more. To be a good leader one should be an effective communicator who can influence people around them. Have a strategic vision so that she can sustainably deal with things. Should also be creative as well as innovative and also possess excellent skills in emotional intelligence.
We have also seen that even in freedom movements of different countries women played an important role in gathering collective mass to nationalism. The leader can be created in anyone if she is having the will to achieve heights.
To enhance leadership government can induce confidence through different incentives such as skilling, equipping women with technology, providing a secure environment to work.
To enhance quality within oneself women should able to manage their emotions which plays an important role in every field, admit when you are wrong this creates a sense of morality within. Women character is god gifted her mind is created in such a way through which she can see the long-distance vision and enhance the situation with more potential than man. As she is a mother, a daughter, a wife, and many more and she just fits in every role.

Leadership is not for your sake but it is the collective sake for others. Whoever holds leadership should be of giving nature, and nobody is better at giving rather than woman. They are the most giving personality. They have very loving and caring nature towards everybody.Their heart is made with love and affection. Also, they have some great abilities to make leadership work for a longer period. They can go multitasking without creating any fuss. They are pro at decision-making and executing them in proper order. They have the nature of holding together everyone so if they become leader they will hold people together and more tightly than any other human being.
I think women are brilliant choice for any kind of leadership. If you have leaders who are women we will be able to see a lot of change in every aspect at every department of the country or in the family or any sector where they are being chosen leaders. We can say clearly that they can run leadership most efficiently and constructively to make the associated places and people proud and satisfied.
We just need to make them stronger, motivate them and help them to build a good leadership. Woman can do a wonders if only they can make a move towards anything she desires. So buckle up ladies, you are already a leader you just need to make a move.
    Make a move to make a loop.😅

There prevails a certain hesitation when offering women leadership roles. Most often they are not even considered. A wide-held belief is that companies or institutions are better off with male CEOs. It is, in fact, more a prejudice than an observation.

Then, there is the glass cliff. The term glass cliff is an extension of ‘glass ceiling’ which refers to the invisible hindrances that affect the career growth of women. The glass cliff pertains to the phenomenon where women are seated in positions such as CEO or given any powerful administrative roles during difficult circumstances where the chances of failure are greater. It is an act of using women as scapegoats and placing the blame of any major setback on their shoulders. This term also extends to minorities. Such practices contribute towards reaffirming the stereotype that women are not ‘leader- material’.

Even when offered leadership roles, in most cases, the second shift at home holds women back from accepting them. It becomes a painfully arduous task to manage the household as well as a department/company.

What we are faced with is not a question of how women can become ‘good’ leaders. Leadership is by no means a gendered quality. It, on the other hand, depends on character, confidence and clarity. Anyone with the right motivation and mind-set can become leaders. The question is if women are given the opportunity. Not often and not enough.

“A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don’t necessarily want to go, but ought to be.” -Rosalynn Carter.

Women are good leaders. They have the leadership skills to improve whatever they set their eyes on. We see an increase in the amount of women becoming leaders. Whether it’s at an office or a parliament, women have always proved that they are good leaders.
In fact, according to many scientific studies, women often do better than men at leadership roles. They excel in understanding, leading, assertiveness and kindness. Men usually are considered to be the opposite so it’s not a surprise that women do it better than men.

Confidence: To be a good leader, one must have confidence. Many women hold themselves back because they are scared of what might happen. Just imagine how many more leaders we would have if women were more confident about themselves. Only if she is positive and confident about her work will she ever be a good leader.

Understanding: The leader has to be understanding. Many leaders lack basic compassion and that is why they are not liked. If she understands other people and listens to them, she will be a good leader.

Doing her job effectively: If she does her job effectively, it will not only be good for her but it would also be good for the people around her.

If a leader has these qualities, it would be good for her. But there are still many who prefer male leaders to female ones because that is what they’re used to. If they gave female leaders a chance, the world would be a better place.

Gender should not be a part of making a leader or not — the leadership skills of a person should depend on the strengths and personality. In many circumstances, however, women are not encouraged to lead as much as their male colleagues, thereby contributing to a power imbalance. Last year only 23 Fortune 500 companies were run by women according to the Huffington Post. But women are as qualified as males are to lead, so why are they so different? Women may not always know how prepared they are for success in leadership roles, but their potential and skills are unquestionable. Women are terrific leaders as we can mix skills in professional and personal leadership. A female leader with a personal request or a delicate topic is simpler to approach. I’m concerned for my team and their well-being, including success at work and balance between work and life. Naturally, most women are empathic and value-based. This allows them to comprehend strongly what drives and inspires others and how various people recognize their work. One of the important issues in leadership is your talents and strengths to help your staff flourish. Of course, women nurture themselves, which can help them achieve in the best possible conditions. Women make terrific leaders because we are natural people. A key element of good leadership is the capacity to respond decisively and rapidly to simultaneous or distinct tasks or challenges. Communication is regarded to be among the most powerful skills of a woman — and women leaders are able to use it. An open stream of communication provides clarity on roles and responsibilities, whether it is communication with employers, co-workers or partners. Female leaders can regularly, clearly and honestly communicate. Many women, particularly moms, are skilled caregivers and are compassionate and patient in dealing with crisis circumstances at home. These traits are extremely relevant in instances of crisis when a woman leader.

Leadership is a skill acquired by an individual which here should not be associated with gender.
Women offcourse are capable of becoming great leaders provided they are given adequate opportunities and representation in various socio-economic and cultural aspects.
A good leader undoubtedly is the one who is capable enough of understanding the problems, the grievances of the society as a whole and to present equitable solutions to the same.
The world today including India needs women leaders who address the issues faced by women actively, there are still many instances where women are abstained from exercising their various rights and enjoy the freedom given to them and these issues can be brought into light by nine other but women leaders who understand the atrocities being committed on women. Women representation not only empowers the status of a woman in a society but also helps here to enhance her capabilities of standing up for not only herself but for others as well.
The question with us today is how women can become good leaders?
The straight and simple answer to the same is education as it forms the basis of the personality of an individual in the way that they become aware about their certain rights and duties. Educated women are more likely to become good leaders. Education today is the biggest asset of an individual if looked at from a broader perspective specifically in regard to women because is clearly enables them to understand what is good or bad for them and then also to decide for themselves independently.

In a patriarchal country like ours, it becomes very difficult for a woman to be a good leader. They need to check all the checkboxes in order to become a leader whom everyone appreciates, while in comparison, it just a cake walk for men. Women are often criticized for taking things too personally or being too soft in making big and hard decisions. They are always biased and are subjected to various prejudices and stereotypes. So the question arises that how can women become good leaders? The first and foremost quality of a good leader is confidence. Women needs to be confident in proclaiming their talents, strengths and success. It’s very important to believe in ourselves and be confident enough to take decisions. The other thing to keep in mind is that you do not need to act and behave like men in order to become a good leaders. You need to embrace your compassionate, caring and sensitive sides and be faithful to yourselves and others. It is important that you appreciate and respect the contribution of your subordinates and make them believe that you can do anything to help them maximize their potential. Women must use their emotions as an asset for an organisation and lean on this as a strength. They should never shy away from being creative.

To conclude I would say that never be afraid of breaking the rules, thinking that you are a woman. Make your own rules and strive to be a leader who is compassionate, courageous and competent.
