Being a leader requires many different skills, but some of the most important are confidence, intelligence, and the ability to communicate with others. Women possess all these qualities in spades, and they can become great leaders if their voices are heard. In research on men and women in management, we find that gender is the biggest factor influencing who’s in power. And not just for women, but for men too. One way to increase gender balance is by changing hiring practices and enforcing clearer standards for evaluation.
Women can be great leaders — they just need a little help getting there. Though gender is often touted as the deciding factor of who leads, it’s the other way around: Women are less likely to become leaders in the first place because of a variety of cultural norms and expectations. But if women continue to persevere against these barriers, gender shouldn’t be an obstacle to leadership, for any woman.Manpreet SinghParticipant@manpreetMay 22, 2021 at 2:11 pm #31236
It has clearly shown that women have great qualities to become leaders. some of the notable examples are Margaret Thatcher, Angela Merkel, Mother Teresa, Marie Curie, etc. with the Rapid development of social norms it is clear that the boundaries between gender roles are slowly decreasing in the field are being opened for all gender-based upon their talent and caliber. At the present time, it would not be wrong to say that women leaders have the potential to change the world. but right now the situation is not viable for them, they still have to reach that equality status that will allow them to become a world leader. here are some pointers which can be useful for there to growth
1 Strong Education-It is very vital that in order to make our women leaders they must be given a quality education which has been already guaranteed under Fundamental Rights in our constitution. the directive principles also encourage the government to make yours that quality and free education is provided to all in society. quality education can go a long way in developing a proper personality and to hardness true hidden potential and caliber. with a human being dependent on the patriarchal setup, it becomes even more important that they must be educated and made independent.
2. Awareness about Rights- Important his dad when was be taught out there basic rights which day has in the society. it is not very surprising that the basic diet such as the constitutional right to vote is not known by many women. they mostly go and vote according to the instructions of their family head. due to a lack of proper awareness about this right they fail to create a political intellect that is very important for becoming a leader. with the proper awareness of their rights, they would be able to make their own political opinions and ideologies that are very important in order to become a leadernehachitrodaParticipant@nehachitrodaMay 22, 2021 at 4:14 pm #31246
Yes, women can become good leaders, if given that opportunity with responsibility because as a woman she not only handles a single situation but multiple areas of situations in a very right manner. There are some points which can be considered that women can be a good leader more than good a valid leader.
– They can handle crisis situations very well: It’s an inbuilt quality of women on being adaptive to the environment whether its a house where she has to handle a single person or a list of guests or a workplace where she has to be ready with her projects in a short duration.
– Good listener: Women can be great leaders because they take time to listen and then react to situations, whether they are right or wrong.
– Multi-tasking: They have the ability to be decisive and respond to all the tasks which come their way and so multi-tasking is a thing which they can do it easily, we may have heard that moms are multi-tasker because they can manage a kid and husband and the whole family.
– They perform duties effortless: Women can be phenomenal because there perform their tasks and make impossible things possible.
If a woman can handle home she can also handle all powers efficiently. So they can make a good leaderTanimaParticipant@taMay 22, 2021 at 6:39 pm #31251
From the ancient world to recent society, we don’t want to consider women in leadership. If somehow it would be possible for a woman to make her that way, it occurred impulsively that everyone is mocking her, judging her from her background, lacking faith, exclaiming about fewer faults she had. Overall we can’t accept our women in leadership. And when it’s asked why women can’t succeed in it, after all, it’s modern era for our women and they are surpassing every field of job, from household to astronomers, then why they can’t be leaders? Nobody has a single rightful answer. Some give reasons like women psychology and physical issues , while others just can’t accept it to get order from a woman. How strange, isn’t it!
Leadership is a morality to work out an organization or a country, and according to me, anyone who has the ability to influence and encourage people to work towards realization of goals, can make a leader.
So this choice should be made based on quality, not gender discrimination. Even research says that women are more likely to become a good leader as most of them have transformational leadership style, work focused nature, can easily evolve into communication and collaboration. So there’s a lot of specialization among women to imply that and they deserve to be as in this modern era, while women are struggling hard to get over from our society’s backdated implementations, we obviously need female leaders , not only in business and management but also in political ways as there has to be someone to talk along side, to think and consider women empowerment and gender equality as a reality.
So, last but not the least, if we’re thinking about woman empowerment, we must open all the grounds to them. We may reserve seats in politics or some other influencer organization to make our girls believe that they too can dream of a society where men are women can walk side by side, whatever duty they have to perform.

Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.” —Warren Bennis
According to the Oxford Dictionary, a leader is “a person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country.” A leader is someone who can put forward their vision to help their team excel. A leader should not only demotivating but also be empathetic towards his/her team. In recent times women are more privileged than their female ancestors. There are some points that a person should keep in mind to become a successful leader: Confidence, empathy, integrity, honesty, creativity, emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
For a woman to become a leader there are usually more obstacles; cultural obstacles, imposed gender roles etcetera. In this time and age, it would not be wrong to say that the perspective of women is needed to lead the world. To be successful you should have a blend of feminine and masculine personalities. Women can become good leaders if they have access to proper education. With proper education, women have become opinionated and are more aware of their rights and duties. Society should become more accepting towards women which will help them pursue their careers without obstacles. They can become good leaders by not compromising and always being unique. She can become a good leader by being rational, being able to multitask, have good communication skills and be able to take a crisis in stride. A leader should acknowledge her employees, reward them for their success and empathize with them on their failures. A good Leader should inspire people to be better and to do better. They should focus on cooperation and not be manipulative. There are numerous reasons why a woman can make a better leader which includes: they can balance work and life, by nature they are nurturing and good listeners.

Yes, women are capable of becoming leaders if they get the right opportunity, support from the people. To become successful leaders women must have the qualities of influence, managing people, getting work done, dedication, achieving goals. Women need to be opinionated, strong, and passionate about their work. Women are always good listeners, cool-minded as compare to men’s, women are multi-tasking it comes naturally to them. Higher education also important for women becoming it makes them more confident about what other people are talking about, know how to deal with other people. But the main difficulty that women face is family she has to also look after family even if she wants to give her person 100 percent but she fails, also the cultural barriers. women have to make a perfect balance between their work life and personal life in leadership EQ i.e. emotional quotient is as important as intelligent quotient. A good leader also cares about employees’ emotions and problems it’s equally important to have caring nature towards the employees. Competence is also a key component of leadership. Women have to compete with other leaders and prove themselves and having a good network with the people is also important it helps when a company or organization is going through a big problem. Creativity a leader’s responsibility to make the vision into reality for that leader’s creative mindset is very important. People always say communication is very important to maintain any relationship, women are very good at communication and maintaining the relationship so it also adds to their leadership qualities. A woman as a leader should also have her own principles and values which she follows it makes her character more strong and trustworthy to the people. Every organization must give promotion to women at senior level to make them lead from the front so the women can also prove themselves by becoming the leader. Please give chance to make a woman a leader so she can influence other women.

Gender shouldn’t be a factor for judging a person that he/she can be a great leader or not— a person’s leadership qualities should depend on their individual strengths and personality characteristics. However, in many cases, women aren’t encouraged to take on leadership roles. Women are also highly qualified and talented like men but still there are differences.
There are some ways through which women can become good leader- Women are soft hearted and they know the value of relationships. So, they can make a good atmosphere at the workplace for everyone. They should become a good listener first. They have to value everybody’s point of view whether it’s good or bad. They should listen each and everybody calmly and patiently. Women can take more bold decisions by having a positivity in their team can prove to be a great leader. Women should have something odd in themselves because to be a leader she must be confident with a good point of view. They had to fight to get to the top positions.Women can be more pragmatic than men. So, they can solve hard things in less time. They can solve the puzzle piece by piece. They can be good communicators. They can handle crisis situation well by working patiently. They should remove NO word from their dictionary and become multitasking. They can have a good ego control to solve the condition best by kepting their egos aside.
Women are a great leader. They just need guidance, self confidence and support. They can reach to every height. They can become good leaders. This society can also become women dominant society.arunakaleeswaranParticipant@arunakaleeswaranMay 26, 2021 at 1:35 pm #31389
I start with a full-stop for this question. Ofcourse women can become good leaders. Already there have been many women leaders who made remarkable history. In the first place, talking about the ancient India, the list of freedom fighters include so many women leaders. Rani Lakshmi Bhai was the first women to voice against the British. Sarojini Naidu was arrested repeatedly during the time of her participation in various movements like Dandi March, Quit India Movement and Civil Obedience Movement. Notably, she was the First Women Governor of United Provinces(Present Uttar Pradesh). Likely, we have many Woman Leaders in the present situation. We see many woman politicians handling their own duties.avantiParticipant@avantiMay 26, 2021 at 5:21 pm #31400
A leader is defined as a person who is in charge of a group or a situation. Leaders can be seen as dynamic personality in almost every walks of life. An able leader is aware of their group’s strengths and weaknesses and knows how to utilize them efficiently. To become a leader, one needs opportunities. Even in today’s ‘progressive’ world, men can be seen dominating the major leadership roles across the table. If there are any women in a strong position, she has had to overcome struggles men cannot even begin to imagine.
Her journey starts with fighting for education. Convincing her parents to postpone her marriage, she struggles hard to achieve the level of education her male counterparts think is their right. After that, a woman is not preferred in jobs thinking that she will soon get married and get busy with children. Despite all this if a woman has managed to secure a well off job, she has to prove herself to be worthy harder than her male counterparts so that she can be taken seriously.
A person can become a good leader despite their sex or gender. This thinking that men are better leaders has stolen thousands of opportunities from women all over the world. But in this changing world, a woman’s perspective is exactly as important as a man’s. Since the early history we can see women like Rani Laxmi Bai, Rosa Parks to Malala Yousafzai and Queen Elizabeth, women are no lesser than men. The only thing they lack is opportunities.
