In late 14th- and early 15th-century France, the first feminist philosopher, Christine de Pisan, challenged prevailing attitudes toward women with a bold call for female education. But seeing the current situation it has became the topic of controversy Feminism as an initiative started independently in Maharashtra by the pioneering of women’s rights and education: Savitribai Phule, who started the first school for girls in India. After seeing the facts the only thought came to mind is why its now a controversial topic for whole world while its just for education and basic rights purpose,Feminism works towards equality, not female superiority. Feminists respect individual, informed choices and believe there shouldn’t be a double standard in judging a person. Everyone has the right to sexual autonomy and the ability to make decisions about when, how and with whom to conduct their sexual life.which means gender equality is all about equity which means everyone shoul be treated equally.
