1 in 3 women experience physical or sexual violence. Does this even sound surprising? Unfortunately no! This is not at all surprising in the current situation of the world. Women face all sorts of atrocities against them and the majority of these atrocities include violence in them.
Women have always faced society’s harmful mindset and it’s disgusting ways of “teaching” them how to behave. Our society has only known to either beat woman for voicing her opinions or keep her so tied up since the beginning that she never even finds her voice. This really needs to change now. We need feminism to change all this and we need to take actions right at this moment. To quote Emma Watson,
“If not me, who?
If not now, when?”
