Yes , women should be entitled to menstrual leave . In mensuration time , women is very weak excessive blood loss , back pain , headache , stomach pain , over blood loss. As a woman I can realise and I can feel how painful is that moment is , that period is.
As we all know, government jobs for women get maternity leave. Government should also implement the mensuration leave for the women, at least for the starting 4 days which is very painful. Women suffer from mood swing during period time. She feel irritated at that period of time , she don’t want to talk to anyone. Since in this period if you ask her Continue her job she will not give her 100% and always get irritated and if she is in higher post she may also can Lashes on her subordinates and employees without reason and get irritated easily which can act as a loss for the company , for the employee, as well as for that women too.
