Health issues are very commonly occurring in the human body both male and female. But these health issues remain unnoticed in the female body. The female body is more complicated than the male. She undergoes many changes during her life span. The first change we see starts from puberty in which she often becomes the prey of bad menstrual hygiene. After that she becomes has to sustain pregnancy which is a crucial period in their life. After some age she has menopause in which she has drastic change like weakening of bones, fatigue, hormonal imbalance etc. life of women is really tough she has many changes in her body but she sometimes doesn’t care about her body and health due to busy life as she is a daughter, a wife, a mother and has to take forward many relations in her lifetime.

Mostly those women got illness who are not very well concern about medical knowledge and hygiene. They take these diseases very lightly and don’t care even her family member neglect her health issues. Most women nowadays have problem-related menstrual cycle due to an unhealthy environment and eating habits such as premenstrual dysphoric disorder, polycystic ovary disorder, endometriosis and many more often lead to the uterus or vigina cancer which fatal. As women have to carry a child she some times due to unhygienic condition leads to death.

Urinary tract infection is one of the common disease caused to women than men during her menopause. As women have excessive blood loss during her pregnancy she often suffers from anaemia. Today most women are fighting cancer due to their inability to fight.
We should try to educate women in rural area about health and hygiene as this will only lead to a healthy country. If women are healthy then their offspring also be healthy.
