After a long fight with this pandemic, we got a bit of success that we can produce a vaccine that can fight this virus. But this vaccine is not enough to fight gender discrimination as this has increased gender inequality in this vaccination also. The sex ratio according to the 2011 census there are 940 female out of 1000 male. and according to vaccination, there are 863 female out of 1000 male got vaccinated.

Do many questions arise about vaccination jabs among women? Why are they not getting it are states not concern about it. The basic problem is occurring in the rural area where women are not allowed to step out of their home. There are some fake rumours about the vaccine that if women will be administered a vaccine they will not able to bear a child. As the most illiterate family got caught in these type of rumours it’s really difficult to make them aware.

If we need to decrease this gap of gender inequality in vaccination we need to bring the focus on education about vaccine drive in rural area and area with are isolated. We need to make a separate booth for women for their safety. A vaccination drive should be carried out from home to home. As there is a lack of internet and access to android mobiles to women they are not aware of how to get vaccinated and its advantages. They are dependent on their male members. As family member think that taking vaccination is only important for those who are working out it is not important for women to have it like that don’t go out and they are also weak. Some people think that if women fall ill after vaccination who will look after the home and their children. So we need to bring a vaccination drive whose more focus is gender neutrality in vaccination.
