Since the ancient era, it has always been a woman’s duty to raise kids where a man do not take much parts in. With the evolving society where schools have been a second home to children, schools have really helped woman in following their career, women are able to do jobs after leaving their kids to school.
But now with the upcoming tradition of homeschooling, women would again be expected to focus more upon their kids which would create a barrier in their careers.
Every woman has a mindset of keeping their families first even before their jobs, but men on the other hand keeps up a mind of prioritising their career first.
In this evolving society there exist a lot of parents that equally contribute upon raising children. People now have been learning the art of equality in their relationships, and this is the best thing happening around in the society.
Though there exists alot of people still burdening the women with all the responsibilities and that should be changed along with changing times.
During these years of pandemic, women have got increased responsibilities with hundreds of tasks tougher than the normal, if men could lend a hand in raising their kids, it could be a great initiative to equality.
