Homeschooling is the new thing it is slightly different from traditional schooling, so homeschooling means teaching your children at home with all the activities and books it is only for the Montessori students, after homeschooling the children can easily take admission in primary classes, they do not have to repeat the classes this concept is not that popular in India but it is practice internationally. Most women stay at home with child so the responsibility of homeschooling will fall on women and she also have other responsibility of home duties, it will be very difficult for a working mother to do homeschooling and also create a burden, I think parents need to look on everything before opting for homeschooling, men barely perform children responsibility so all burden of this falls on women. She will not get time for herself and we should not forget women are not robots they can’t keep working 24*7. parents should divide their days to teach children for home-schooling they both have to take their time for child‘s education. In pandemic people have to home school their children then man hardly gave an hour to teach their children but it was very hard for women to manage homeschooling with job commitments according to UN women organization they feel employers need to keep flexible work hours for their employs both men and women so they can share child responsibility. some women also kept their careers on hold because of child educational responsibility. If women are busy teaching their child then men should help them with doing other household chores. If women feel any kind of burden on herself she should open up about it with her man and family members, ask for help.
