There is no specific set of skills required for men and women in fact both are capable of each thing now, be it studies, work, or managing families. No one is better at each thing and some are good at some things and others are good at some things but it doesn’t make one person be best in everything. After all, we are humans and each human has a different set of qualities, skills, talents, habits, etc.
Men are considered to be strong and masculine in physical terms but it doesn’t mean women are not strong in physical terms, because a woman also can be physically fit for e.g., we have boxers and judo players and also a cricket team of women, so women too can be strong enough. Women are treated as soft and said that they are mentally strong but it at all doesn’t mean that men are not mentally strong, but they are also capable of things which women can do like for e.g., cooking and managing a family.
So by some skills, we cannot conclude men as better than women and vice versa, in fact, both are capable, both deserve equality, gender should not be the one deciding factor to define a person. In present times both men and women are equal and hold equal positions in society, but there’s a long journey for society to accept both genders at par.
When we as a society change our thoughts and perception then each one would be important and valued as equal.
