Gender equality is when people of all genders have equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities. Everyone one is affected of gender inequality it impacts people of all ages. Society that value both women and men as equal are safer and healthier. Gender equality is human right everyone gets benefits from gender equality. There should equality in job opportunities between men and women. If women and men are of same education level and experience they should receive equal salary from company. We can also see that if women is becoming pregnant they ask to take resign and sometimes people don’t hire woman because she is pregnant. In marriage also there should be equality in household duties and taking care of child is responsibility for both equally. Gender stereotypes are judgements from socially approved role of women and men in private, public, at home or in workplace. If women are doing household duties it is typically seen as mother figures. Society thinks women should take responsibility for households needs. In today’s generation also some people are there who thinks responsibility of family and children should be taken by women and men should follow there goals go for job. There should be equality between both of them to achieve there goals and be independent taking care of family is responsibility of both of them not only women. If women faces any kind of violence in that also some people judged women that she has done something etc. There is should be equality with both women and men.
