Women today are unstoppable, and their power and influence is rising. Increasingly women demand a new society, a society that gives them choices – they can choose to do anything, be anything, and women are building the systems that enable them to do that. But a woman doesn’t need a business title to be a leader. A true leader shows up in their community to make a real impact. And women around the world do that every day, regardless of their job title or position. Every woman try to be best. And many of them set a benchmark and act as inspiration for the youth and developing Women. Some of them are:-
1- Kamala Harris:- she is the Vice President of the United States . But before that she is also an accomplished lawyer and senator, Harris has often been in rooms where no one else looks like her. She shows women and girls of all ages that they can reach their dreams .
2- Mel Robbins:- She is an author and Speaker. Mel Robbins brings a fresh female perspective to her insightful and motivational speeches. She provides an abundance of useful content that helps entrepreneurs and anyone in need of a boost. Her book The 5-Second Rule is a national best-seller. Robbins encourages women to keep pushing forward.
3- Bethenny Frankel:- She is the Founder and CEO of Skinnygirl. She is all rounder(From event planning to entrepreneurship and reality TV) .
4- Esther Perel:- She is an author and Therapist . She is a relationship expert, and her advice and expertise is critical in today’s world. Her parents were Holocaust survivors – and she learned how to live with optimism and hope even in darkness. She speaks 9 languages and has travelled and studied around the world to combine her own unique upbringing with other global perspectives.
5- Radhika Jones:- She is an Editor-in-Chief of Vanity Fair .After becoming editor-in-chief in 2017, she moved the magazine away from glamorous stylized covers and instead features celebrities in normal clothes . She has moved the magazine and online content to be more representative of all types of backgrounds and lifestyles and to highlight the cultural zeitgeist.
Every person is inspiring and has faced difficulty and go through lot of struggle in their life wither be it a women Or man. But the difference is – society always support man and always discourages woman. Still in this darkness, rising like a Star and achieving such a huge success is very acknowledgeable and inspiring for women’s all over the world.

Women today make their presence felt from the boardroom to Hollywood to the floor of the House of Representatives. But with movements like #MeToo and Time’s Up keeping its momentum and more women engaged in politics than ever before, women are also more powerful than ever before, in 2021 a salary divide may still remain between women and men – and more so between different racial groups. As the first woman and first vice president of Black and South Asia, Senator Kamala Harris is asserted on January 20. Joe Biden, the president-elect, has also lately nominated several women for office positions. In 2021, these are only some of the world’s strongest women.

    1. In August 2020, Kamala Harris made her history as the first woman to accept the vice-presidential candidacy alongside Joe Biden, the first Black and South Asian to accept the nomination. Harris, California’s U.S. senator, had previously served as California’s attorney general. On November 7, after having been confirmed vice president-elect, Kamala Harris talked with the nation of Wilmington, Delaware, saying, “I’m not going to be the last woman to become the first woman in this office because everyone who wonders today sees a country of possibility.”

    2. On 20 January, Jill Biden will be the first lady after Joe Biden is confirmed as President of the United States. Jill Biden had previously been Obama’s second lady and had been a teacher throughout her life — she will continue to play a part even when moving to the White House. She also focused on working with and campaigning for military families, emphasizing the need of community college training and women’s problems from the prevention of breast cancer and equality between women in the USA and overseas.

    3. The job of President-elect Joe Biden’s vice-presidential candidate was apparently contemplated by Susan Rice. However, the former Obama manager has been lately announced to head the Domestic Policy Board or the DPC instead. Biden said she was working to “connect domestic politics, economic politics, and national security, never before,” according to NBC when she announced the post of Rice.

    4. Kristen Clarke was the chairman and executive director of the National Lawyers’ Committee Under Law, before being appointed by Joe Biden as the associate civil rights attorney general. She was once the head of the New York State Public Attorney’s Office Civil Rights Office and a member of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc., in the fields of voting and election law.

    5. Following a special election in California’s eighth congressional district, including San Francisco, Nancy Pelosi became a congressman in 1987. Pelosi was elected as the Leader of the Democratic Chamber in 2002. In 2006, Pelosi became the House’s speaker after Democrats had taken over both the Chamber and the Senate. She was a critique of President George W. Bush’s stand on Iraq’s war and an advocate for the Affordable Care Act of President Barack Obama.

The times have changed and it’s not just a man’s world anymore. Women are making an impact in every field and they are leading in every way. There is no place where we find women any less than men. Women are making an impact everywhere. From Politics to sports, women are shining from every nook and corner. Women are proving the predominant notions of society wrong. Each one of them fights for gender equality by simply, and powerfully, excelling in their chosen field.

Let’s take a look at some women who by their zeal are inspiring generations of women to come.

Jacinda Ardern- Prime Minister of New Zealand (2017 –) She is a woman I personally look forward to. She was the world’s youngest head of state when she was first elected Prime Minister of New Zealand in 2017, or that she is a new mum – youth and maternal instincts are only a small part of her appeal. She chooses to exhibit everyday – empathy, authenticity, tolerance and kindness. But while she might lead from a place of emotion, she is always decisive and strong in her decision-making.

Kamala Harris- Vice President of the United States of America (2021 –) When she was inaugurated as Vice President of the United States in January, she became the first woman and the first person of colour to hold the second-highest office in, arguably, the most powerful country in the world. Harris’ continual shattering of glass ceilings has not been without controversy but there is no denying her ambition, intelligence and tenacity have helped her forge a momentous path.

Tsai Ing-Wen- President of Taiwan (2016 –) Tsai Ing-Wen, the first female president of Taiwan, is a well-known admirer of Margaret Thatcher, she continues to defy all expectations of a single female leader in Asia should be. Tsai has forged her own path, making her one of the most inspiring women in leadership.

Dr Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw- India’s richest self-made woman and first female brewmaster, Dr Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw has a lot to thank the humble ale for – her study of brewing beer and the fermentation sciences has led to some of her biotechnology company’s greatest discoveries.

Sheikh Hasina- Prime Minister of Bangladesh (since January 2009) – Hasina said “We believe that education is the key challenge for the nation. If we could provide education to the women and enable them with financial freedom, they would be able to face many challenges.” Enough to know her zeal.

The list of inspiring women leaders is long and never-ending. Women are equal to any gender and such women are living proof.
