No, I strongly contradict this theory.
Ok, let me ask you what is the basic difference between men and women.
Have any answer? Yaa, not having penis and uterus. Is it? So what difference is made by a penis or uterus?
Peeing process?- not a big deal.
Periods? – men also can have illness for 3 days in a month so let’s leave it.
Yes, there’s nothing much vital difference between men and women.
Asking about strength? Does a boy generally have good strength or they have to work on it? – yes, for a muscular body, they have to work out too. What if we let our girls work out and make them strong in spite of feminine? Yaa, it’ll break society’s norms that’s it.
Asking about bone strength? What if we stop to let our girls feel inferior and give them right amount of nutrition?
Yes, now you’re getting the point, if there’s any difference between men and women then it’s about social boundaries.
If there’s rape, then it’s not only the result of girls being weak, it’s actually the results of society’s illness.
There’s no work discrimination, it’s all made by society.
What? Women lack courage? Have you seen ‘sati pratha’? Do you think a human need to be more brave than who is going to be burned alive?
You think men can’t cook? There’s lots of male master chef
Women can’t fight? Have you seen that women fighter pilot? Or aren’t you from era of Mary Kom?
Men can’t make up for mother? Yaa, but they can surely be a good father who can manage mother’s duty.
So. It’s clear that it’s all about what society sees and allows. That’s what need to be changed. Yes it’s true that not everyone is Sania Mirza or Indira Gandhi, neither every boy is Swami Vivekanand or Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose either. But we should let them explore themselves like a human being without gender discrimination. Thus only we can grow as a human.

Who’s better at what? Who’s better than whom? Men or women? We have been trying to answer these questions since the very inception of gender or sex probably. But let us think over it for a second. Do we really need to stress over this after all? All these apparent differences are either externally induced through societal norms or else biological. Yes, some might argue that men are physically stronger than women or women are overall more versatile than men. But these variations in the skill sets are merely acquired and subjective.

When people say men can deadlift a 1000 pounds but women can never come close to achieve this, they forget one thing that such comparisons are not fair. What may be fair to compare is the weight to strength ratio and surely women won’t lag behind in that. This is just an example. This is prevalent in all the cases where such comparisons are made. We must not forget that when and if at all comparisons are made, the parameters must be fair. Unfair parameters lead to establishing illusionary beliefs. It’s like comparing the weight of one person on earth with another person of similar size on moon and thus declaring that the person earth is heavier.

Skills and talent have always been and will always be subjective to a person and not to a gender. Men can become exceptional cooks while women can become successful powerlifters. There’s no such bar on gender. Somewhere, a certain ‘Ronak’ can become a supremely successful investment banker and there are exactly equal chances of that certain ‘Ronak’ being a ‘he’ or a ‘she’.

Thus, it is the society’s misconception that women can’t play cricket as well as the men do and it is because of this misconception that women’s cricket in India isn’t as much popular. We have always had the tendency to establish stereotypes no matter how much the times change. Once moulded in a particular role, the society expects that gender to pursue it forever. It doesn’t take the breaking of its shackles quite sportingly enough and the entire concept of individualism goes down the drain. This tendency of our society is apparently against nature in a way, and nothing has come out good when we have tried to oppose the course of nature. Thus, it shouldn’t be acknowledged that men are better at some things than women, and vice versa.

No , it’s absolutely wrong .Every human is equal .Whether it is a man or a woman. Both of them are equal , both handle equal responsibility . And both have the ability to perform their task efficiently and effectively they know what their roles .
Yes, God has made men and women a little different from each other .But nowhere is it said that a men are better and women is nothing or vice-versa .God has created a man and woman in such a way that both are incomplete without each other. If a woman is responsible for bringing a new life into this world then man is responsible for transferring the sperm . It is possible only when a man and woman are together . To keep the balance in life , the women and men need to walk together . If a woman or a man considered herself or himself superior to the other person the balance will disable which will affect the life.
Yes there is difference in the physical structure of a man and woman and the difference is not so huge . As men contain a penis and women contain uterus . The chest of woman developed rapidly and the man does not develop too much . Man voice is harsh and woman have a soft voice . We considered all these thing as a difference I don’t think so this should be considered as a difference in men and women .
Taking about Strength , yes we can say that in men is little bit good and strength in comparison to women . But now is a woman proper nutrients do proper exercise and proper diet she can also increase her strength. Mary Kom , Geeta and Babita – these are the example of how strong is women is and how she can develop strength and proof it also .The most important weapon of a woman is her control on emotions . Yes , we all consider women weak as she can cry easily . But you know what it is not considered as a weakness is the biggest strength of a woman and she has emotion and she can face the problem and can get rid of them . So , if a man has physical strength then a woman has mental strength .
In educational and occupational background both men and women has prove their capability . We can see a man and woman pilot . Man and woman guard . I’m male and female teacher professor. A woman and man entrepreneur , CEO ,owner .
Men and women both are equal it just the thinking of the society and this difference was created by them only and accepted by the other people . We cannot say this person is better and another person is useless everyone has a uniqueness in their nature , ability , strength we just need to identify in which we are perfect , try to overcome a disabilities , increase our strength and if need change your nature .
We can say that men and women both are equal in each and every field . So the statement — “men are better at something then woman and vice-versa” is completely wrong.

Everyone has their own skills and talents in which they’re good at, some men are good at cooking and some women are good in sports, it has nothing related to the gender. Generally women are assumed to be a good at cooking and
cleaning whereas men are assumed to be good at sports. This is a myth, everyone has their own unique qualities, most of times we’ve seen men as chefs in hotels, restraunts etc. Whereas women today are often seen at shooting, fighting and sporting in the country, gender is not a barrier to their skills today. mary kom, a famous gold medal boxer has made the country proud by her boxing skills and talent, sanjeev kapoor, an excellent chef makes the country proud with his cooking skills, if such people would’ve stopped following their dreams because of their gender then they wouldn’t have been known on an international level. Gender shouldn’t be a barrier between the dreams and skills.

There is no specific set of skills required for men and women in fact both are capable of each thing now, be it studies, work, or managing families. No one is better at each thing and some are good at some things and others are good at some things but it doesn’t make one person be best in everything. After all, we are humans and each human has a different set of qualities, skills, talents, habits, etc.
Men are considered to be strong and masculine in physical terms but it doesn’t mean women are not strong in physical terms, because a woman also can be physically fit for e.g., we have boxers and judo players and also a cricket team of women, so women too can be strong enough. Women are treated as soft and said that they are mentally strong but it at all doesn’t mean that men are not mentally strong, but they are also capable of things which women can do like for e.g., cooking and managing a family.
So by some skills, we cannot conclude men as better than women and vice versa, in fact, both are capable, both deserve equality, gender should not be the one deciding factor to define a person. In present times both men and women are equal and hold equal positions in society, but there’s a long journey for society to accept both genders at par.
When we as a society change our thoughts and perception then each one would be important and valued as equal.

The old theory talks about men having the advantage of being physically strong than women. It is an absurd and sexist remark, yet the world agrees with it. I think the statement mentioned above is incorrect. I believe if you dare to work beyond the societal stereotypes, you should move forward and achieve your dreams.

This statement was another way of maintaining the society-inspired roles. What one must acknowledge is that no sex is better than the other. Being comparative at work is a growth development task which is also healthy for the work environment. However, considering the same statement and using it as a sexist comment is wrong.

There is one thing about abilities that while one may be good in sports, the other may not perform the same in that particular field. Perhaps, in any field, women and men can perform better or worse as per their ability. Also, it is essential to remember that comparison is not a key to boost growth in any field. If you have to put up a competition, put it against yourself. Not being dramatic, but it’s true.

Lastly, women can be as good as men in sports, and men can be as good as women in performing household duties. Thereby, there is no comparison between the two as what matters is the performance and not gender biases.

Men and women both are equal their is nothing like that men are better than women at some things. Because In many of the cases women are the ones who handle household work and taking care of family men don’t help her or treat equally. Their are situations when men are stronger and while women are alone and facing problems than they have to be stronger so it is not like that all the time her husband will come to save her. So it is vice versa as per the situations of both in daily work life. Society has that mindset men are physically stronger than women obviously yes, but that doesn’t mean women aren’t. Because we have greatest examples of women who won national and international medals in sports. It all our mindset from childhood to discriminate or show inequality between men and women. Both can do everything in every field but society as usually by being one-sided against women so rather it can be in education, sports, workplace, marriage, etc. Women don’t either get support nor equal opportunities at workplace. Because of which men are better than women in earning due to which women don’t get equal chance or opportunity to give that competition against men. On other side we can’t make anyone better or perfect because men and women has differences with their own powers like if men are physically stronger by childhood than women has strength to go through menstrual problem and giving birth to child from their body. Both are good in their own way as god created because of society culture and tradition towards inequality between men and women that leads to make comparisons and discrimination between men and women. When their will equality between men and women than non of them will better than anybody because everyone will treat each other equally.

I don’t think that it should be acknowledged, I think every human has its own qualities and drawbacks. It should not be a reason for comparison between men and women. We all are different individuals with different hobbies, talents, and different goals. They are women’s who plays polo, football and even video games greater than any men can play usually these sports considered as male dominating, also they are men who do an amazing job in knitting, designing, make up which are considered as women concerned hobbies all this just because of some preconceived notions by our society. Yes, the women’s voice when she speaks is polite as compare to men but it is no difference, we should have. We can see women are showing up their presence in every area right from being a female entrepreneur to IAS officers.
Why don’t we change to try to change our thinking and in our surroundings that we are all equal and different individuals at the same time. We need to stop judging every person hobby, talent and goals as men and women. It’s not about the gender, everything changes from person to person.” Men can’t do this this can be only done by women; you can’t do this you are not a man” we all have heard this conversation at least once. Every person does hard work to be better at their interest to be in a position where they can acknowledge. It is very subjective when comes to the choice of work it basically depends on the person if they have an interest in it or not. I have seen some positive changes over past years especially in gen z they are okay with having different careers and interests without classifying men and women. So, I believe it’s not about men or women but the individual we are talking about.

Certainly, we have made little progress on equality in the workplace by means of measures. A “pink tax” still exists, which still means that women make 81.8 percent of what males receive for the same work. And the female executive suites are still shockingly underrepresented. Hive has done research based on this and has come up with some interesting results. According to Hive, women in today’s bureaux work 10% harder than males. Two different statistics produce this conclusion. First, men and women actually finish approximately 66% of their jobs. However, women nowadays are given 10% higher work than men – it shows us that they have the same rate of completion.
Communication can be a very long journey for men and women on various routes – often to reach the same spot. In many respects, men and women differ. They look at the world using various lenses. One of these differences is that they are communicated in various manners. It is said that women have expressive features while men have instrumental features. There are several aspects that are important to the way in which people communicate, such as their place of origin, education, age, and undoubtedly their sex.
The left hemisphere of the brain is the seat of logical thinking while the right handle of the brain creates intuitive thinking; in a roughened sense the brain’s rear handles perception and the brain’s front handles action. The findings suggest masculine excellence for motor skills, while female analytical and intuitive thinking can be better integrated. In general, young men had greater links inside the brain, but young women had stronger links between hemispheres.
In conclusion, scientifically speaking, there is a certain area where females are better and vice-versa. But all the historical gender divide is false by today’s standards and we should avoid it at all costs. We are wasting a lot of talent this way.
